Cons :
- no confirmation email sent after placing an order, had to wait until order dispatch email to know if my order had been registered or not
- informed after product ordered that it was out of stock, still as listed as in stock on website
- one of the products received had defect (spray can with dried paint inside)
- aftersale service does not respond to my emails

Pros :
- quick delivery (to France) 3 working days
- immediate refund of the out of stock product
- large product catalog

If either one of those issues was the only problem I had I would attribute that to unlucky circumstances but all of those combined rather make me suspect incompetence

I order by internet 5 august to try their delivery service as well as their products.because it was ne to hear so we are interested but until now we dont receive our order and it was written on their site internet its for preparation..its too long.. and waste of time to follow up by phone. I called many times and they told me therea product not yet delivered to them but they will send some product that was available until now we wait for nothing and its written to be delivered on 20 august. Ww are not satisfied and we try to call and they say they dont have any solution just to wait. We cannot do also annulation until we receive the article... it will be the 1st and last to order in this site.. its less expensive for centime but the service was very bad... we cannot recomend this site..they dont have any solution for the problem...
