Not Real Entertainment 

Absolutely pathetic experience with [Culture Circle]paid almost 50% more than other websites thinking I would get better service and faster delivery, but they delivered my order after nearly 30 days. Once you place an order, there is NO cancellation option at all. Their customer support is practically non-existent — no proper replies, no accountability, nothing.

After placing my order, I started reading reviews on other platforms and Reddit, and honestly it made me feel like this is a complete scam website. So many people seem to be facing delayed deliveries, poor support, and refund/cancellation issues. I really wish I had checked those reviews before ordering.

Please think 100 times before buying anything from this website. Premium prices with horrible service is completely unacceptable. Never ordering again.

I recently copped the Jordan 1 Low 'Vintage Lichen' from Culture Circle and the experience was solid. Given some of the mixed reviews online, I was mainly concerned about authenticity, but the pair I received is 100% legit and the quality is dope. The Vintage aesthetic and the Lichen colour way look even better in person than in the photos. Delivery was smooth, and the sneakers arrived in perfect condition. Definitely happy with this pickup and would recommend the platform to anyone looking for authentic pairs.

Had my sights on them for over a year ... purchased within seconds from culture circle.

The website did not return my money and the only reason I bought from them was because they came on shark tank. Little did I know shark tank would promote a company selling fake products.

I ordered a Creed Aventus from Culture Circle (INR 24,250) and the product I received has clear signs of being counterfeit - plastic cap instead of metal, sticker batch code instead of embossed, wrongly mapped batch code, poor label quality. I have full unboxing video evidence and side-by-side comparisons with a genuine bottle.

I’ve emailed the support team, shared evidence on WhatsApp, and even filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but it’s been a week with no real response. At this point I have messaged atleast 3 Whatsapp numbers from culture circle, emailed them, reached out to founders on instagram, publicly added comments on their posts but it’s clear they do not care. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I recently ordered a Seiko GMT MOD Root Beer watch from Culture Circle during their promotional offer on Seiko watches, paying approximately ₹24,000 for the product.

The experience has been highly disappointing for several reasons:

Excessive Delay:
The delivery took more than a month, with the delay attributed to the watch being “imported.”

Misleading Product / Counterfeit Concerns:
When I finally received the watch, it became evident that it was not an authentic Seiko timepiece. There was no warranty card or instruction manual in the package, which immediately raised red flags.

Unhelpful Customer Support:
The customer support experience was frustrating. Initial contact is handled entirely by a bot, with no real human intervention at the outset, which makes resolving genuine issues very difficult.

Questionable “5-Step Quality Check”:
The advertised “5-step quality check” appears meaningless in practice. When I raised my concerns, I received the following response from Culture Circle Support:

Regarding the functionality of the watch, kindly share a complete unboxing video clearly highlighting the issue with the dial, so our team can review the concern and assist you further.

We would also like to clarify that the product purchased is a MOD watch. This means the watch contains a genuine mechanical movement, while the dial, case, bracelet, and other external components are aftermarket parts. The watch is hand-assembled in India and designed to resemble certain well-known styles.

Please note that this is not an official retail-branded timepiece, and therefore it does not come with a brand warranty.

We assure you that there was no intention to mislead, and we remain committed to maintaining transparency in our communication.

At no point during the purchase process was it made sufficiently clear that this was a modified (MOD) watch with aftermarket parts, assembled to resemble popular designs, and not an official Seiko retail product with a brand warranty. This is, in my view, misleading.

Additional Financial Loss:
Due to functional issues with the watch, I had to take it to a TATA service center and ended up paying close to ₹7,000 for repairs (the watch is still with the service center as of now).

Conclusion:
Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution when purchasing from Culture Circle. In my personal opinion, the products are misrepresented and effectively counterfeit, and the post-purchase support is inadequate.

Culture Circle has sold me a fake perfume (Dior Sauvage) and a fake CD make up minis set. Upon receiving the products that were clearly knock offs, i contacted them on whatsapp and sent them enough proof along with videos and pics and now noone one is responding! i have sent many reminders but with 0 luck. These people clearly know they are selling fakes....buyers pls be careful.

Had to contact the CEO for my refund, even then i was contacted by a Mr Ranjeet to give my UPI ID for refund but it has been more than 10 days now and no reply from him too !

Haven't received a product I ordered and no response from them

Despite multiple texts and innumerable pleases and requests. They give least attention to their customers after delivering. I am literally begging them for exchange of fakes pairs but they give deaf ears. And furthermore ask PAYMENT FOR JUST AN EXCHANGE!!!!!! Ridiculous

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding order #26032604494017 for ADG Parfum. It has been over a month since the order was placed, and I have yet to receive it. This delay is unacceptable, and the lack of communication has been very disappointing. At this point, I have lost confidence in their service and would like an immediate update or a full refund.

I placed an order (Mystery Box) on March 3rd, and over a month later, I am still waiting for a clear shipment confirmation.

The main issue has been the lack of consistency and transparency:

- Multiple promised timelines (“after the 21st”, “shipped by the 24th”, “next week”) were all missed
- I received contradictory updates — one saying the order was still processing, another saying it was nearing customs
- Most responses have been vague or automated, with no concrete shipping commitment
- Calls have gone unanswered, and follow-ups have not been properly addressed

To be clear — I am not asking for a refund. I want the product I paid for.

However, at this point, I expect:
- A confirmed shipment date
- A valid tracking number
- Clear and consistent communication

Delays can happen, especially with sourcing and logistics, but the lack of accountability and clarity is concerning.

I am still hopeful this will be resolved properly, but based on my experience so far, I would advise others to be cautious unless communication and fulfillment improve significantly.

Worst site. worst customer experience. Fake products. Delayed refunds.

Not at all worth the hype that was excpected from the Mystery box,
Items are not even worth 10k forget about 21k.
As usual it almost took 45 days to get the items delivered yet,nothing in the mystery box.

I wish i had not bought this,as a customer one should always feel whatever they get it should always be worth.

I wont recommend to any ofmy friends or family regarding this website and moreover they are just displaying wrong MRP on most of the product.
I request people to check with original website before buying any of the products in CULTURE CIRCLE
