🚨 CULTURE CIRCLE EXPOSED: THE FRAUD BEHIND THE “AUTHENTICITY” CLAIM 🚨

Culture Circle markets itself as India’s premium, authentic sneaker platform with strict authenticity checks and unmatched service.
Let me tell you — this claim is FALSE.
It’s the very foundation of their business, and it’s a lie.

Here’s my story:

✅ On 17 May 2025, I placed an order (Order ID: 25051708294040) for Adidas Samba OG sneakers as a birthday gift.
✅ On delivery, I was shocked to find the product was damaged and defective — with missing stitches and poor workmanship on the shoe itself.
✅ Even more shocking — their app at that very moment still showed “Quality Check in Progress” for my order — proving that their so-called strict authenticity and quality checks never actually happened.

This isn’t a small oversight — this exposes their entire business model as fraudulent.
If you promise authentic, checked pairs and charge customers premium prices for it, how do you ship a visibly defective pair that even a glance could catch?
This is not just a mistake — this is misrepresentation and deception of customers by design.

When I raised this on 27 May 2025, here’s what followed:
🚫 7–8 days of total silence from their team
🚫 Unannounced, failed pickups with no communication
🚫 Lies that each pickup costs them ₹700 (when it’s ~₹260)
🚫 Rude, unprofessional behaviour on every call
🚫 Shameless attempt to “compensate” me with a sneaker cleaning kit or cheap voucher
🚫 CEO Ackshay Jain promising to personally resolve my case, and then vanishing without sharing contact info or even replying to my Instagram messages
🚫 Kush (Sales Head and my designated “POC”) ignoring calls, dodging, and then threatening me with “legal action” when I kept asking for justified compensation
🚫 Madhura (Chief of Staff) claiming on call that the wrong pair was picked and they could show CCTV footage — yet when I officially asked for the footage, they went silent. (If a wrong pair was picked, why was it exactly the size I ordered?)

And then — the biggest insult:
On the App Store, when I posted a truthful review, they publicly replied claiming they “couldn’t find any order in my name”.
Meanwhile, on internal calls and emails, they clearly acknowledged my order and even admitted their mistake — yet they lied publicly to save face.

All this while they continue to advertise themselves as:

“India’s most trusted premium sneaker platform with strict authenticity and quality checks”
Yet my experience shows:
❌ They delivered a defective pair with missing stitches
❌ Their app still showed checks pending while shipping
❌ Their own staff gave conflicting lies about how this happened (warehouse mistake? transit damage? wrong pair picked? no one knows)
❌ Their strict authenticity checks are nothing but fake marketing claims

And through all this — no accountability.
No honest apology.
No justified compensation.
Just stalling, intimidation, and lies.

I have documented everything — video proof of the defective pair and undamaged Adidas box (proving no transit damage), call recordings of threats and false claims, screenshots of ignored mails.

Culture Circle — if you built your brand on “authenticity and premium service”, then this case alone exposes that brand as fraudulent to its core.
What you delivered to me is the opposite of what you advertise. That is not just bad service — it’s cheating and false representation under Indian Consumer Protection Act.

Docket No. 7255871 is already filed with National Consumer Forum, and I am escalating further.
And now I will also make sure that the public, journalists, creators, and watchdog pages know what kind of a scam this company is running behind its shiny Instagram ads.

Culture Circle: you can’t gaslight and bully customers into silence anymore.
You took my money, ruined a special occasion, sent me a defective pair, and lied to cover it up.
That’s your “authenticity.”
That’s your “quality check.”
That’s your “premium service.”

Everyone reading this — stay away. Don’t fall for their fake luxury image.
If even one customer avoids this nightmare because of my experience, it’ll be worth it.

Culture circle is a scam, it has been more than a month that I had ordered on pair of shoe, still to traces, no customer care response, every time they ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours.
I would like to suggest you all not to buy any product from culture circle.
I have already paid so now I don’t have any option, but the once who are planning to, please don’t.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with Culture Circle left me no choice.

I placed an order on May 7, 2025, for the Nike Air Jordan 1 Low OG Starfish (Women’s UK 6) and received the delivery almost a month later on June 2. But what I got was a Kids' shoe : Boys’ size 6.5Y, which is completely different from Women’s UK 6.

The product label on both the box and the insole clearly says it’s for boys aged 6.5 years. It's not even a subtle difference, anyone doing a basic quality check would have caught it. But Culture Circle didn’t.

When I reached out to their support the same day, I was asked to share pictures (which I did). A day later, I was told the shoe had "passed their quality check" and they won’t be able to help.

I then shared official Nike size charts showing the huge difference between Women’s UK 6 and Kids’ UK 6. Still, they didn’t act. Since June 4, I’ve been following up repeatedly, every time their support team and Chirag promise to resolve in “24 hours” and disappear.

Frustrated, I escalated the issue to the founder Devansh on June 3. Ironically, this is the same person who messaged me personally when I placed the order asking for feedback. But the moment I raised a concern, he simply stopped responding. No ownership, no accountability.

For a ₹28,000 purchase, this level of negligence and disrespect is unacceptable. I’ve now come across several Reddit threads where others have had similar experiences, shoes not delivered, poor quality, fake products, zero after-sales support.

I’m no longer interested in an exchange. I just want a refund, because this brand has lost my trust.

Would I recommend Culture Circle? Absolutely not.

I paid to buy a product, not to be put through a month-long chase with no resolution.

Ordered a tshirt from them and it turned out to be fake so I contacted them and they took it back, they promised that they will send me a replacement but its been more than a month now i haven’t received the tshirt, i contacted the CEO too, all he said was he will look into it personally, after that there was no response from their team. Its not about a tshirt its just about business ethics, they have very bad after sales service. I wasn’t the only one who was delivered fake products. Check out reddit r/sneakersindia there are more customers like me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop from them
