I ordered 4 fruit teas from cup of tea for my wife for Christmas, she was very pleased with them, but when we examined them more closely we discovered 1 of the packets was out of date. I emailed Cup of Tea to complain and I got a phone call from Tracey who explained why the error had occurred due to a typing error and offered to replace the item. Great service

So far I have had a great experience with Cup of Tea. The teas are always excellent and I also purchased a pot from them which has been great and quite aesthetically pleasing.

Ordered a Japanese Tea Caddy for a Christmas gift and it was damaged during shipping. I emailed Cup of Tea and they immediately sent out a replacement which arrived in time for Christmas and is beautiful. Great service - thank you!
