Super-fast delivery, highly recommended, keeps customer informed on order status. Haven't tried product yet as for my daughters Christmas, but so far all good.

Wow I bought some white tea from another dealer and the tea was black, horrible and not what I accepted. I needed to lower caffeine tea for my kombucha. I bought some white tea from these guys, OMG I have fell in love with tea again. I never ever drink tea but this tea is gorgeous, almost too good to use for kombucha but I know it will make my home free taste amazing. Due to how good this tea is I will definitely buy from this company again. The other company after 7 emails, bad trust pilot review and a phone call never ever got back to me. Shame as Happy Kombucha have a fairly good reputation but I won’t be buying tea from them ever again.

Beautiful packaging, this would be perfect for a gift! I cannot wait to try the free samples I got, too. Super happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again.

It is our first time of purchasing with Curious teas. Delivery was brilliant, well packed with a lovely hand written note (it’s lovely to have a personal touch) along side a free sample to try also 😊. This is our first time of trying this tea so we are excited to try it.

They were very responsive and great, but this time total silence!

My 'go-to' company for a good range of excellent teas. Orders arrive promptly and well packaged. The only problem is choosing what teas to buy from their huge range...

Best place I found for both certified and non-certified organic teas. I honestly do not think I will be going anywhere else for them anytime soon.

Delighted with my first order (which was delivered very quickly). Delicious teas, nicely presented in letterbox-friendly packaging. The free sample was well-chosen and the handwritten note a nice touch. I shall definitely be buying more from them.

I am so glad I've found this Curious Tea. The shop owner seems know the tea very well! I am a massive tea fan and I've ordered about 7 different tea so far from their site and none dissapointed me.

I've also received some sample gift. The samples are like the recommendations based on my choices, and I have to say, I even prefer their recommendation than my own purchse!

I actually chanced upon their business name beside Whittard of Chelsea when I was searching for Oolong and Green teas online.

Their price is reasonable and the quality of their range of teas is superb. On their website, each type of tea is described in fine detail, including how it tastes. Although taste is subjective, I do find their description to be pretty accurate.

Included in your order is a handwritten note by Alex (the owner) which I found it to be a nice touch of customer care and service.

Your order usually arrives in 3-4 working days (1st class post, UK); Mine have always come in good condition and it always feels like opening a birthday present lol.

I ordered Dan Cong Huang Zhi Xiang tea which this company describes as orange blossom aroma and taste with a smooth sweet and buttery notes.
I have purchased this tea from a company that buys it from China - and it tastes exactly like it should.
This tea from Curious Tea tastes like cigarette ash.
Horrible tea - I would never order from them again.

I am very happy! First time ordering with them and on a bit of a whim and couldn't be happier. Delivery was extremely quick (ordered yesterday afternoon and arrived today!), everything was packaged beautifully (loved the touch of the green textured paper and ESPECIALLY the information stickers on the packets, they are well done and very useful; from brewing times and how often they can be re-brewed etc). Have yet to taste the teas but from looking and smelling them, clearly a good quality tea (wonderful aromas). Lovely to have received a little note also, just a really good experience all round with them. Thank you very very much and will definitely be re-ordering! Would 100% recommend.

Authentic teas, superb quality and beautiful packaging! I like their tissue wrapping paper so much, I actually keep it on the teas. Makes me smile every time I see it. Thank you!

Outstanding tea, beautifully packaged and quickly delivered!

We can't recommend this company enough - they've spoiled us for pretty much any other tea. In terms of quality, there are worlds between this company and even premium teas from other companies (e.g. Twinings).

We would recommend starting with a tea subscription; we've discovered some wonderful teas along the way. The price might put you off, but for the price of a decent bottle of wine/month, you get outstanding tea that lasts a very long time.
