Horrible customer service!!!they are refusing to give me a refund due to a lost package. I have spoke with FedEx and they said the package is lost and sent the email stating it is lost to curlyme. They keep giving me the run around saying there logistics team is investigating it and it can take a while. It’s been 3 weeks since investigation and still haven’t heard anything. I was suppose to receive my package April 6 and it is April 30. It’s obvious the package is lost. They will be getting reported.

I ordered a wig in January 2026. After I have not seen any progress on delivery after weeks, I emailed and was told to be patient. Then I received a fake tracking number after my complaint. Still nothing. I had send a few emails and then a request for refund. I purchase the protection plan. I tried to submit a request and its expired. I would not recommend this hair company. Iam thinking about reporting them.

Loved this hair. It’s super fluffy and easy to work with. The quality is extremely good and delivery was fast.

Poor customer don’t like the wig

Love my hair good quality and I love how it blends in so good with my real hair. The smell was even perfect it didn’t come out the box any type of way they had it well packaged and ready to put on ladies

Just got my half wig and i love ittt. The company reached out to me after i ordered to confirm my shipping address and correct address. It came in less than a week !

Scammy and I will never order from this vendor again

I placed an order on 2/19 for a wig. Got order confirmation email and Shop app notification About a week passed by and I never got shipping confirmation. I ended up changing my mind on the wig I wanted and emailed them to just cancel it. I get an email back saying that package was actually delivered the day before to the mailroom in apartment with picture it was stacked on the floor with other packages. There is a literally a sign that says only USPS is allowed to deliver packages to the mailroom and all other companies need to use the parcel lockers outside.

Anyways, I didn’t even get notified the package was shipped, yet alone delivered. It’s been like 36 hours since the package was delivered when I check the mailroom and it’s been cleared out of all packages. I do my due diligence and ask my leasing office next day if they moved these and they say they did not and they don’t have my package. So I will let CurlyMe know that it the delivery driver just left my package in the middle of the mailroom and anyone could have grabbed it. Or the driver could have taken a picture and left, no way for me to know since there’s no cameras in the mailroom. They tell me to open case with logistics company who just say the order was marked as delivered and there is picture so there’s nothing they can do. Mind you, on the screenshot I got from vendor, it says signature was required but I obviously didn't sign anything. Curlyme says they won’t take responsibility because delivery company has proof of delivery. However, their policy says that signature is required but they didn’t follow it, just taking picture as proof.

Curlyme then says they can only offer big discount for me to order replacement but when I attempted to do using the code provided, it just processed as same price originally paid- complete joke. I will add that I ordered a wig from a different vendor around same time that used same delivery company Veho and it was delivered securely to parcel lockers with no issue and I got tracking info and everything.

This vendor does not follow their own policies and I would order elsewhere.

This wig started off beautiful, no bad smell, and Full. Now every time i brush it. I have big chunks of hair coming out thinning the wig. Imma need to buy another track or two to make it full as it once was.

Would recommend hd lace is really good quality and there curly and straight wigs are great. Ordered quite a few times would recommend.

Just got the crotchet hair today! I’m super excited to install it to create the viral miracle knots! First thing when I opened one the packs, I noticed that it didn’t have that weird chemical smell like most bundles from other companies, it literally smells like perfume! LOVE LOVE LOVE THAT!
