My wife and I used Currencies Direct while moving overseas to transfer funds and it was a great experience. Freddie Vyvyan my account manager was super helpful guiding us through the entire process with which we had zero prior experience. Freddie explained everything we needed to know, answered any questions that came up promptly, and was a true professional throughout. Highly recommend him and Currencies Direct.

The fact that after 4 years of inactivated account they still responded immediately, despite the official closure on Saturdays they reopened the account immediately.
Both member of staff were absolute Gems, polite, friendly and very clear about the steps that needed to be taken (just clicking on links sent).

I dealt with Jamie Hackett at Currencies Direct to organise a large six figure Euros payment from a GBP conversion. The service provided by Jamie was excellent. A competitive rate was provided and the transfer expedited the same day. The transaction was linked to an investment and I had miscalculated the payment by three cents. Jamie helped organise a swift nominal top up payment to ensure I met the lawyer requirements for the investment. Jamie went above and beyond to assist against the clock.Thoroughly recommend!

At first when Jamie from Currencies Direct called me I felt it was a bit much, a bit 'forward', but the kind, friendly, totally non-pushy conversation we had actually totally put my mind at rest and allowed me to answer questions I didn't know I had. Needed Megan to advise me on a couple of things. She was very helpful. Whole process was straight forward with appropriate warnings on how to avoid fraud. Now I have done this once, it will be even easier....

CD service is absolutely superb. App works well & being able to talk to a human being to quickly resolve anything not covered in the app so welcome.
