I’m really disappointed with the wave-style curtains I’ve received. They don’t hang properly at all and don’t have the defined “wave” finish that was advertised and that I specifically paid for.... See more

Happy door curtain customer
Five stars +. Ordered chenille door curtain made to measure. Beautiful material and beautifully made. Arrived well within time limit. Friends and family commented on how nice it was with my sister ordering one for herself. Into second week sun was shining through window and I noticed a slight flaw in material. Four days after Xmas I sent an email and photo informing company, by lunch time the lovely Mia Mallard had phoned me to confirm I was happy with actual curtain and to confirm they would make me a new curtain. Mia was so pleasant about it all and has said my new curtain will probably arrive sooner rather than later as it’s a remake. Very very impressed with Curtains2go!!!
Not happy
Not happy, be careful when choosing the lining for your curtain as the light filtering option is the standard lining which is not stated when showing you the options. After receiving my curtains and speaking to someone at curtains 2go about the confusion I was basically told I didn’t know how to use the internet as she laughed at me , very rude and unhelpful girl .so disappointed will not be using again .
Insulting service this time around from Curtains 2 Go
Really disappointed with the service this time around. Ordered curtains for our unborn babies nursery in good time according to the website. We followed up on the dispatch date to confirm they would be getting delivered and unfortunately where advised that the curtains had not made the delivery slot and would now be delivered after Christmas. This was surprising as we had followed up the week before to check progress to see if at all the could be expedited due to our baby looking like he was going to be delivered early.
To our surprise the curtains turned up unexpected the next day after being advised by customer services we would get them after Christmas and that they were really sorry as the curtains hadn’t arrived in the UK. Never mind it was as great to have them but not so good as we weren’t around to accept delivery…
Fast forward to opening the curtains and we noticed they were both clicked in two different places, took two photos straight away and informed customer services who advised a £44 insulting discount or a remake of the curtains. Absolutely we where happy for the curtains to be remade and wait the 10-14 days quoted, after all, the curtains are £450 which is a significant amount of money in the grand scheme of things.
Customer services have advised to ‘cut the pulled thread’ resulting in two frayed holes in the curtains, and the fabric being pulled. They have advised that this is a crease and will leave in two weeks, even when they have been ironed…
9 months pregnant and being asked to go backwords and forwards to cut curtains that cost £450 and according to customer services 2 of them are managers 😮
We should have went to John Lewis… they are the same price after all… we’ve had a really positive experience in the past when buying curtains from this company, our whole house is dressed with curtains to go so really quite disappointed in the service this time around. It’s obviously great when there are no problems with the curtains but not so good when you have a problem especially not at 9 months pregnant trying to get your babies nursery sorted for their impending arrival.
Ordered a blind & matching curtains…
Ordered a blind & matching curtains beginning of December order no C57447674WB under guaranteed before Xmas promotional email!
Despatch email to confirm both items on the order had been despatched via UPS under the same tracking number.
Received only 1 parcel of 2 today & received a confirmation email to confirm my order had been received.
Called UPS & they confirmed no 2nd parcel (curtains)received?
Called Curtains to go (Sarah)to confirm 2nd parcel on its way to UPS & curtains had been despatched under a separate tracking number? Fault of production team & therefore a high probability that I will not receive my curtains until after 27th December!
Not a happy customer!!
Unnecessary chasing & misleading information:-(
Update: curtains delivered left on doorstep with no tracking to confirm they were being delivered so happier that received them but what a performance!! :-(
Shocking experience
I ordered curtains on 23rd November with a projected 10-14 day turnaround - expected 12th December. The tracker then changed to dispatched on 7th December - I was delighted and told my client I would be able to do her master bedroom makeover the following weekend. A few days later this changed to 15th December and I contacted the customer service for help to see if there was anything they could do. They promised to look into it and I was told on 12th December that the curtains were with the courier. However after nothing happening for a few days other than the label being created and me frantically asking repeatedly for help to enable me to do the clients room last Saturday, at shortly before 5pm on Friday evening I received an email saying that the curtains were due to be despatched in 3 days, with delivery within 2 days after that.'And if we can be of any further help please don't hesitate to contact us'. No mention of the pleas for help - not for me, but for my client. It pretty much sums up my experience with Curtains2go. I will not be using them again.
Buyer beware on curtains
Ordered made to measure curtains. Used the instructions given on their measuring guide and measured the drop so curtains would fit just above window sill, as specified in their guide. Curtains arrived but noticed the drop was shorter than my supplied measurements. Contacted customer services over the phone where an unhelpful agent pointed me to the terms and left me on the call for over 15 mins while she sought a manager. In the end , I hung up and used the chat. The Chat agent asked for a photo of the curtain drop and stated according to their terms there is a tolerance of 3cm which means in effect the drop can be shortened by up to 3cm.
Not great for me as now stuck with super short curtains in my lounge that hover way above the sill.
They claim they make ‘made to measure’ curtains. I think not !!!
Very misleading and their measuring guide does not point this out.
Great service
Great service. Bespoke curtains delivered inside 2 weeks which was excellent. Good range of fabrics and samples received very quickly too enabling me to place the order. Quality excellent too re curtains.
happy customer
Ordered from Curtains 2 Go and Blinds 2 Go a few times now. Good quality stuff, simple ordering, and they always deliver on time. I'm a happy customer!
Delivered a damaged item, poor quality too
Delivered a damaged item, and the curtain style does not match the images displayed on their website. When seeking a refund under my consumer rights for damaged goods, they have been trying to avoid the refund I am entitled to; asking for more and more picture of irrelevant aspects. The product quality is also extremely cheap, despite a premium price.
Sadly didn’t arrive
Was due delivery on the 23rd November, nothing came so contacted customer service every day, they were unfailingly sympathetic and friendly but couldn’t find my order updates until eventually a nice young man rrefunded me on 4th December. Things must have gone wrong at their end but I got my full refund so I would give them another chance at some point in the future.
Very disappointed with my curtains
Very disappointed with my curtains, I ordered eyelet curtains but they are not very full although they are well made. Be aware that eyelet curtains are made to 1.5 width overall (should be clear in the small print) which means that the curtains look really stupid when up. Have ordered curtains from another internet company with the same measurements and the curtains are full and lovely, most importantly they were the same price as the ones am disappointed with! so £270 later am left with curtains I don't like! I have another 3 pairs on order (all with the same pole width) which I am trying to cancel (am being told at a cost which I am hoping to find out before going ahead) but they can only deal with their supplier by email and it will take 48 hours to get back to me. The person in the customer service department was helpful and professional but it doesn't help with my disappointment.
Having used blinds2go for many years I…
Having used blinds2go for many years I then tried curtains2go.
£360.00 for one pair of very poor quality curtains. The fabric I can only describe as flimsy with no weight. They look very cheap.
Having complained to customer support they have suggested that I pay more for a better lining!
Not happy
Terrible delivery
Products generally very good. Daily website updates regarding estimated delivery never correct - do not rely on them. They are just 6.30am date stamps on the website and nothing more. Quality control is the usual excuse. I suspect untruths. UPS are the chosen courier. Attempt deliveries without notice before or after - pot luck if you're in. Be prepared to wait. Don't leave home. Beware.

Good company
Update: After we had an issue Charlotte offered a partial refund, which we appreciate.
[Original review: Delivery was way slower than the advertised "7-10 working days". We had a problem with one of the curtains; it took them another month to replace it.
Also, their blackout lining does not cover the whole curtains: about 5cm on all extremities (sides and bottom) is left exposed, allowing the light to go through all around the curtains. They claim it is normal. I'm not an expert, so it may be, but it's disappointing, and it's definitely not presented as such on their website.]

Beware the weight and fullness!
Incredibly disappointed with these curtains.
Ordered two pairs of made to measure eyelet lined curtains. Really disappointed with lack of weight and fullness.
Ordered for a 102 inch rail. The curtains sent are 77 width inch each. They look far cheaper than expected for what I paid, and I wish I had simply bought 90 x 90 off the peg (which would have been a lot fuller) for half the price! Second pair, I asked for 66 width and they came at 50 inch width.
When I contacted them, I was simply referred to the ‘help’ section of the website which states that they use 1.5 not double fullness for their eyelet and wave curtains.
They also offered to replace with double width that I was expecting, for an additional £575 (and that included the NHS staff discount) bringing the full cost of 2 pairs of curtains to well over £1000?!! Trust me, they really aren’t that good?!

Expensive, poor quality, lack of care.
Awful experience. Spent £300 on curtains and the quality is awful. The samples just aren't a good enough example of this.
What's worse is the measurements are all over the place. The measuring guide they give you says to leave 1.5cm from the floor to stop them dragging. As it turns out, in the T&C's the tolerance is 3cm. I left about 2cm from the floor, but because of the tolerance some of the curtain is dragging. It looks appalling - it's all over the place.
The customer service will do everything to avoid helping. I was passed from service rep to service rep for 4 hours, asking for endless photos with measurements to show the problem. But obviously all the measurements were within tolerance. Even one of the service reps admitted they looked uneven. The whole service experience was to waste as much of my time before I give up.
Just don't bother.

Poor Support/Communication process
Poor Support/Communication process. Curtains very creased on arrival and have not dropped out after hanging for 2 weeks. Am having to pay to have the silk curtains professional ironed to remove the creases. Company are just not interested in replying to me. I trawled through the reviews and find many people have had the same problem,

They do not understand the concept of Made to measure
I ordered two pairs of curtains for two different size windows, using the correct measurements. Both pairs of curtains are identical in size and apparently, according to the production department this is 'Made to Measure!' I did manage to contact customer services but each email had to be sent at least twice because each time the standard response was "the person you need to speak to has left the company." Wish I had bought ready made curtains and saved myself alot of money because that is effectively what these are.
Speak with customer services for a resolution before writing a review
Having bought several pairs of blinds from this company I ordered 3 pairs of curtains. The blinds (Roman, roller and day and night) were excellent. The curtains were not. I wrote a scathing review before calling customer services to discuss the problem, which was not the best way of dealing with my disappointment. After speaking with customer services, the service I got went above and beyond what I expected. In a nutshell, I am more than satisfied with the result and my 1 star rating is now a well deserved 5.
excellent service
samples sent very quickly no charge not even for postage which most companies do.ordered whinfell silver
measuring simple thank you and curtains arrived well within two week delivery.
absolutely delighted, well packaged no creases, hang beautifully, ordered pinch pleats and hooks already in curtains. would highly recommend
