I’m really disappointed with the wave-style curtains I’ve received. They don’t hang properly at all and don’t have the defined “wave” finish that was advertised and that I specifically paid for.... See more

Excellent customer experience
I have used Blinds2go on many occasions. This is my first order for curtains and I needed some help to resolve a problem that could not have been foreseen by the company. I’m happy to report that Curtains 2go took full responsibility and arranged for a new set of curtains to be made free of charge. Excellent customer service that went beyond my expectations, an absolute pleasure to deal with Kayleigh in customer services. Thank you!
Thanks to sales rep Sehaj!
This is a comment to thank sales representative Sehaj for his extremely professional, helpful and patient manner.
Poor customer service.
After having had all my blinds for our last house and our new bungalow, which I was thrilled with I ordered some curtains. Was very disappointed to find the hem of the made to measure curtains was machined up and not invisibly hemmed that machines now do.I think they look like cheap ready made curtains now not special at all. I got in touch with customer service and was offered 50% off my next blind! As I pointed out how does this solve my issue with curtains that look cheap and also I have purchased all my blinds already for our new home.Got in touch with a rival company to query how their hems were finished as need another pair for my lounge they said of course their hems were invisibly hemmed. Bad customer service to loyal customers.

Thrilled with my William Morris Blackthorn (grey/blue) curtains with blackout linings. Less than half price quoted by local trader. Have had two lovely Roman blinds in the past so no qualms about ordering.
Exact fit and look great
My curtains were made to a high standard and fit my window perfectly
---be careful on tolerance
---
I recently ordered two pairs of wave curtains, meticulously measuring the dimensions as per the instructions on the company's measuring guide. I aimed for a precise fit from ceiling to floor, double-checking my measurements multiple times before placing my order. Unfortunately, when the curtains arrived, they were over 3 cm too short!
After contacting customer service, I was informed initially that the tolerance for measurement discrepancies was 1cm but after providing them with photos and videos this changed to 3cm. This was never mentioned on their measuring page, and certainly not a 3cm tolerance. I am now left with curtains that are unfit for purpose and almost £600 out of pocket. As a goodwill gesture, the company offered a 50% discount on a reorder, which I found unacceptable. I won't be using their service again and will turn to 247 Curtains for my future purchases.

Not all curtains are equal?
I have purchased 3 pairs of muslin wave blinds, the two short pairs are beautifully hemmed the long pair have an overlooked hem and the cotton used is not white, they look very cheaply finished and im dissapointed with my purchase. Sadly, I purchased them then decided to decorate so have had them a while and only opened the box at the weekend. On the plus the fabric is nice
12/08/24 Supplied order numbers and have received no response I think they are playing lip service to customers. Pacifie and ignore. I'm dissapointed as really I needed another 4 Blinds but not sure I can trust them with my money

Paid £1314 for two set of curtains comes with Stitched cut pieces
I paid £1314 for two sets of curtains on 8th July. One set arrived last week, but the other set has still not been delivered. The curtains are made of cut pieces stitched together, and the stitches are visible on the weave. There is no option for an exchange or refund, even for the undelivered item. I am extremely disappointed with the curtains with stiches and fittings, especially considering the high price that was charged. Be cautious when purchasing from this company, as they do not offer refunds or exchanges for their overpriced items. Please check the website for more details.
Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service from both Kallie and Richard
What a great find this company is....I have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending them
If I could give 10 stars, I would have done. Well done guys!
Excellent service
I have used this company for blinds and so wanting ready made curtains I went on line to check out their website. Good choice and you can ask for free samples to be sent. I ordered on Thursday and samples arrived Friday morning. Good size samples so you can see if they would go with your colour scheme. Fabric quality was excellent and if colours had worked I would have been more than happy to buy ready made curtains

Excellent from the beginning with ordering samples of fabric to placing an order. My curtains were delivered by ups within 7 working days the curtains were folding with tissue neatly in the box. So impressed no ironing went for the thermal lining worth the extra cost the material was beautiful cotton and linen. Match pattern of curtains perfectly. Would not hestate to order from them again.
So much advise on the Excellent website about measuring
Dreadful dreadful do not use !

I have never wrote a review however I am wanting to help others
I ordered some light colour coloured curtains and was offered free blackout lining
When arrived and hung the curtains have a green tint to them as the blackout lining shows through
I have tried to contact many times prior to doing this to only be offered 50 per cent off a new order !!
What I have 500 pounds worth of curtains that are not what I ordered and I they want me to order more ???
I shall be taking a small claims out unless a full refund is given
Please be very careful before using this company
Poor quality control. Don't depend on them to fix issues
We have bought curtains from Curtains2go for three rooms in our house, a total of 7 pairs of curtains. The first experience, about six months ago, was a good one, so we ordered from them for the next two rooms.
However, this has been a much less positive experience. First, one of the curtains for our second room arrived with a missing curtain hook (as they had curtain hooks pre-sewn in). This was disappointing, but we went back to them and after we sent photos, they rectified the situation.
I assumed the curtains for our third room would be issue free, and when they arrived, I was pleased with the quality. However, when I hung them up, I found a dark horizontal line visible across one curtain. This was on the interlining of the curtain. We sent photos back and were told it was a 'shadow', not a fault. I had to take the curtain down and burrow through the layers to take more photos of the interlining and they then said they'd remake that curtain, which I was happy to hear. Until yesterday, when they wrote to say that their production team have advised that 'the marks you reported on the fabric are not marks and it is how the interlining looks. Therefore this is not a fault they can remake from'.
There are three pairs of curtains in this room, all with exactly the same interlining, and this single curtain is the only one with a line running through it. It's visible when the curtains are hung up, and very hard to photograph because it's on the lining quite close to the top of the curtain. I've already wrestled with this curtain twice to send several photos of this problem so there seems little point in taking them up on their offer to send yet more photos 'if I'm still unhappy'.
I really don't recommend using this company, after experiencing these problems. We spent a lot of money on the curtains and it's very disappointing as a repeat customer to be told that a clearly visible mark that doesn't appear on any other curtain is 'not a mark' but a feature of the interlining.

Trying to cancel my order at the moment.
What you’re not told is some headers ie eylet, over a certain width an extra panel is sewn in, so basically 2 bits of material sewn together to give the correct width ordered.
This is not made to measure !!
Also industry recommendation is double the width for curtains whereas they only give 1.5 on eyelet curtains.
If order isn’t cancelled curtains will be returned unopened and a charge back for full amount will be applied.
Credit card company have already agree that material sewn together is not made to measure !! 😡
Curtains to go ripped me right of
I ordered curtains to go they cost me 234.14 very disappointed I ordered them in inches were supposed to be 90 by 72 inches in length when I got them they were 90cm by 72cm I contacted them and they said if I send them an extra 250 roughly they would fix the problem I couldn't afford to pay out extra money for curtains I allready ordered what a rip of they refused to give me a refund so don't get caught out by them

Dramatic Acanthus Velvet Chestnut
I had my eye set on William Morris Acanthus Velvet Chestnut for a few years but never got around to purchasing it.
I’m so glad I finally made the purchase. The curtains are most definitely the feature piece to my bedroom. It goes well against my peacock green wall and my copper metallic accent wall. I cannot stop glancing at how wonderful my curtains are.
One of the main reasons I purchased from the website was because they (at the time of purchase) had blackout curtains feature added with no additional cost so it kept the price down quite a lot in comparison to other websites that had this curtain. It’s a bargain since my bedroom is sun-facing.
Absolutely love these curtains - quite pricy but justifiable for sure!
Maximum width of curtains is only 140cm
To begin with the customer service team is not trained properly, I had to speak with 3-4 consultants to confirm which information was correct as different person was saying different things. Even though I found it frustrating I still decided to give a go and order the curtains.
Two pieces of curtains arrived, each of it had additional fabrics attached. Apparently, this is what they do if the width you need is more than 140cm.
It just looks horrible. Since, when do you make curtains like this and charge £500?
More importantly, the website doesn’t indicate this information nor the consultants tell you this. They just care about selling. When my husband found it out, his reaction was,- what is this? Even he found it ugly. According to them that’s a normal way of making curtains and there is nothing wrong, so no refund possible. I was offered a discount instead for another purchase. But no thank you, I will never buy anything from this company again. Absolutely not worth it. If you need bespoke curtains go for John Lewis or other provider, will definitively get a better outcome for the money you pay.

Curtains 2Go:Fantastic "Dill Storm" Curtains
I was over the Moon with my purchase. Excellent quality, price and packing of the product.
Curtains2go certainly make it simple to order too.
I purchased these Curtains a little while ago but only last week was I able to put them up. They needed no ironing, even though they had been sitting in the box since March.
They look amazing and have absolutely completed the look of my Lounge. Highly recommend this company
I have just ordered a Roller Blind in the same fabric design (both items designed by Clarissa Hulse)
