I loved the red pleated dress. Going to a wedding in Italy so thought it would be lovely. Unfortunately I am too big (or very curvy) to make pleats look good so it has to go back. It's Thursday

, we go to Italy on Sunday...........No dress 😱. On the positive side I paid for next day delivery and it came the next day so hopefully the returns process will be just as good.

Really like the dresses on this site but I order a few styles & sizes to get the right one.
The return & refund process is very straight forward & the customer service has always been great for me.
Love the quality of the clothes & I'll definitely keep ordering!

REFUNDS NO SHOW....Clothing is of good quality. Unfortunately I've not had a good experience with refunds. Been waiting since Jan. Emails saying slow process but now May and no joy. So I'm reluctant to purchase again.

First time ordering from here. I wasn't sure what size as I would be so used their measurements guide. According to it, I should buy size 24. I normally buy 14/16 so was concerned. Emailed them and they confirmed 24.

It was delivered in a few days. And I could of fit 2 of me in.

End up trying 18. Still too big. So settled for a 16. Still a little big but it is their smallest size.

The dress is nice and comfortable and it's for a wedding so I'm happy with it.

Buy your normal size and ignore their measurements on the website.

Very easy return process. Was very unsure of size so got a few different types of dresses and sizes. All great quality.

I’ve bought several pieces of clothing from curve wow and they have always been brilliant, I bought a dress recently and as I placed my order I realised that my address on my account was my previous address so I emailed them at night the next morning I had an email to give new address and it was corrected less than an hour later, I received the dress few days later unfortunately it was to large as I lost wait recently but was beautiful I returned the dress and not even a week later refund is in my bank, fantastic customer service

I was expecting another bra to send back and when i opened the packet I thought it looked far too small. However I was amazed that it fits great and is very comfy. Its not very thick fabric but I prefer this, it also has adjustanle straps . Im very pleased with it. Order number CW214228.

Just received my order CW210963.
It arrived quite quickly. CURVEWOW has an easy to navigate website, with lots of items and good photography so you get to see how the clothes look on. I ordered a pink needle chord shirt (CW23S06-57-PINK-2) which would work very well as a throw on jacket from now until Autumn. It's cotton, which I love. Unfortunately, on me, it was too big. I'm 5'3" and a pear shape. If you're buying this jacket, it's lovely quality, nice and soft, good colour but it runs overlarge. I bought 18, as my usual size and it will fit a 20 no problem. It's a very handy piece to have in the Spring/Summer wardrobe. I can recommend it.

Ordered two dresses both lovely quality and reasonably priced. One didn't fit so sent for a different size, was hassle free to return and got replacement very quickly back.

I received my order (#212638) today and I am very pleased with it. I ordered the black lace shift dress and it looks so lovely on, the lace is soft which surpised me as normally this type of material is a lot more rigid, I will definitely be buying again in the future, 5*! Thank you :)
