I followed the returns procedure, and tracked my parcel back to the company.
There was no acknowledgement of parcel being received, and no communication regarding refund until after I emailed to check.
The company suggests 10 working days to process refunds, but in reality it's taking several days longer.
The lack of communication is frustrating

- After receiving the generic reply to my review, I'd like to share the reality I experienced.
It took 15 working days, that's 21 calendar days, to process my return. And that's not inclusive of the further four working days for the money to return to my account.
I have another return being processed at the moment, today was Day 10 (working days), and I have had, as yet, no communication regarding my latest return and refund.

Still awaiting a refund. They received the items back on the 30th of Jan. Sadly had to chase a few times. Very poor customer service. Sent another parcel back yesterday let's see how long that one takes. N what excuse they use.

I love this site. They have affordable yet trendy clothes for all sizes. The delivery is always excellent and the quality of the items speak for themselves. Overall very happy customer 😊

I really didn't know what to expect when I ordered my dresses. Well I needn't have worried. They are beautiful, well made and the design actually makes me look slimmer than I actually am! What a bonus! And such an amazing price too. Very fast delivery too. definitely going to use this company again and thoroughly recommend them.

Shocking customer service and returns process.
I purchased 2 dresses in January snd returned one of them for a refund and they have refunded the wrong dress
leaving me £14 out of pocket.
The return process is very slow as it takes 2 weeks to get a refund acknowledgement and they are trying to say that I returned the lower priced dress which I still have hanging in my wardrobe.
They are also now not responding to my emails.

I ordered 3 dresses using the size guide for reference and all 3 were too big BUT the mesh angel sleeve dresses are beautiful and I am going to reorder in a smaller size, fantastic quality, flattering dresses for the price.

I returned 2 dresses some 12 days ago sent you a message and you havnt replied I have shopped with you before but it's putting me off with how long it takes you to sort out refunds says 10 days and I think that it is adequate to work to very disappointed

Absolutely very impressed from start to finish. The sizes are pretty accurate and dress was exactly as pictured.

Quick delivery and delivery info. The coat was much better quality than expected at the very reasonable price and also very thick. I ordered a larger size and it was too large and because it was also too thick for me I have returned it but have ordered a smaller thinner one as impressed by the quality and service.

I sent a dress back, with tracking on 21st Jan- was received as per Royal Mail tracking. Chased Feb saying not received at depot which is was , have emailed 15 times with evidence, no response no refund, absolutely terrible service, no telephone number - I will be escalating to trading standards - 10 days they say it’s 11 now. Just don’t think it’s good enough ! Looking at the reviews I would steer clear of this company if you want to return stuff - I’ve still not received my refund , absolutely terrible service. I actually don’t care about your logistics move etc that’s your problem not mine.

I take a very large size and have tried many companies to get clothes for a wedding I am attending. This item was the best fit and quality of material of everything I have tried. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from this company again.

Ordered 8 items from here, dresses were nice they just didn’t suit me so I returned them.

My ordered was returned as per the pre packaged return 48 tracked returns label & arrived back with them on 23rd January, I emailed and was told I would be due my refund 10 working days from the items being received however, I have not yet received a refund and have been left £265 out of pocket!!

Would put me off ordering in the future.

I have purchased a few items now from CurveWow and I must say I am really pleased with all of them, the quality is good and the price is even better great value for money, delivery is quick aswell, I will definitely be buying more clothes from them, if your skeptical about ordering anything I can put your mind at rest and say just buy because I have never returned anything that I have brought.

Ordered two items but found sizing was really odd. Returned both but waited ages for refund. Tracked the parcel which had been delivered but still no refund. Contacted customer service with postage receipt they then said they had no record of my return yet it had been tracked to delivery.
Finally got a refund but would never have got it had I not chased it up several times. No apology, really poor overall.

I ordered items in January 2025 - they were lovely dressed but just too big for me (Order No. #189344). I sent these items back using the 48 hour tracking label which was sent with the dresses. The label was marked "Big Dude Clothing". I sent these back and am still waiting for my refund! I have been in contact with someone by e-mail and they are always looking into it with their Return Team. I have proof of postage which shows the parcel was received back in their depot on 24th January 2025. I have provided proof of postage but still nothing. By the wording of the e-mail the parcel has been lost at their end so that is not my problem. They have asked me on 3 occasions to detail which items were sent back. All 5 dresses were sent back - still awaiting a reply and my refund!

STILL WAITING ON REFUND - my package has now been at your depot since 24th January so 11 days ago. Not acceptable at all

Brilliant products and SUCH efficient administration! REALLY delighted to have found this company and I will certainly be ordering from them again.
