Order took far longer to arrive than promised.

Initially the items ordered were all satisfactory. After a week of use the headlight I ordered fell off the bike. Upon closer scrutiny I discovered the attachment it was sent with had previously been broken and was glued back together again.

Attempted about 10 times over the course of the next couple of weeks to contact the firm - no response from email address or the online portal on website.

DONT USE!

This company sucks I ordered stuff from my bike 3 weeks ago and nothing has arrived since. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for a refund or for them to resend my items but have had no response. Very disappointed and upset do not buy from this website. Scam company!!!!

i ordered some handlebar grippers from here and they still haven’t arrived after a week when ordered it said it will be dispatched within 2-3 days i’ve written them a couple of emails and still no response. do NOT buy from this website

The seat was a lot harder than expected, have sent two emails asking for a rerun form and have been ignored.

I would be very aware of this site
My order has not been dispatched although paid for and my requests for an update/explanation remain unanswered. The other review worries me and I sense a scam

Therefore not a scam but poor customer service

Advoid this company he buys from ebay and charges fortunes i bought a saddle for £19.99 when it turned up it was bent so i got money back But it was sent from ebay i traced back who he bought it from and it was £9.99 lol the owner is a ripoff do not buy from this website!
