Total time wasters and fraudsters! After wasting my time for several days gathering social security drivers license 4506 t forms etc. and then approving me 25k then carefully decide to not approve me. Mickey Mouse club house don’t bother with them. These little banks beg for customers and when we go this how they welcome.
I unfortunately have a car loan, bank accounts, and a loan here. These people are the absolute worst. Please think twice before opening an account. First, if you ever do not have enough funds in your account to cover something, they will charge you if they pay it (understandable), but they will also charge you if they decline it. They will charge you a $29 fee on a $1 charge. There is no limit to how many they will do in one day. They lock me out of my account, so I cannot pay my bills. The employees are completely unhelpful. I had to call to pay one of my accounts since they do not send me any paper bills. I cannot log in to get my bill or any payment information, and when I call to make a payment, they tell me the wrong amount and then report it on my credit as delinquent for being $0.10 under. I paid what they told me to pay! There is no way for me to see my balance, how much interest I am being charged, fees, nothing. I am going to contact legal representation since I can't see how this is legal. They say they are for members and not for profit, but my experience has been otherwise. Please, if you value your sanity, stay far away from these people.
Untrustworthy, terrible service. My grandfather made the mistake of opening a CD for me with them. It has been impossible getting the money back. Avoid at all costs.
I purchased a new vehicle. Went to the dealer found my vehicle wrote up a contract. Then contacted my credit union, received all documents and in less than five days, the dealer have received the funds for the new vehicle purchased. for those of you who knows what it takes to buy a new car....dealer writes a contract with supposedly best numbers for you. Well my credit union worked for me fast. They were in contact with me through the whole process...and when funds arrived at the dealer as well.
