Great Communication (Always). Disappointed in Leather Patch Color
Communication and everything is always great. We are pretty disappointed with the color of the leather patch. Just looks different than what we expected. Way more "orange" looking that what we were anticipating. My President and VP were pretty disappointed unfortunately. I know we approved it. Just looks a little different than we were expecting.

Great company to work with
Sheela was great to work with. Whole process was smooth. This is second order. Went with a different brand hat this time as the Yupoong was a little small. The Pacific Brand ended up being a better fit and I am well pleased with the hat and patch. Thanks!
