Love the bright colours and having the phone number embroidered onto the collar mean you don't have to put a tag on which is a plus

This is the third dog for whom we have bought personalised collars from Custom Pet Collars . The products are great quality, and come in great colours. They last well ( in fact pretty indestructible) - much better in fact than identity discs which we have had wear out through the hole. Highly recommended

Great collars for my dog. I use the bamboo in the summer and neoprene in the winter. They are very strong and durable and comfortable. They fit well and the option to put name and phone number on is great. I can definitely recommend this company. The service is very reliable, just taking a couple of weeks to arrive. Great personalised collars and leads for your little loved ones. I include my mobile number, post code and number of my house on the collars made for me, it give me a sense of security and hope should Joseph my Shih tzu go wandering. It takes a couple of weeks for delivery but absolutely worth the wait! I use their bamboo collar as they are so soft and comfortable for my little one and, they are nice people to deal with too!

Easy throughout the ordering process with the understanding that there would be a delay between ordering and receiving. The wait was less than the three weeks predicted and when I missed the delivery the company contacted me to make sure I knew I had and to rearrange it.

When the parcel was delivered the collars were an instant success. Such vibrant colours and neat stitching. They feel secure and have been through gauze bushes, in rivers and wherever else the goldens love to roam.

It’s a very nice collar. Very well made. It was a good few weeks before it arrived though. But worth the wait in the end.

I bought a collar from here. Too long waiting for the coller to arrive. This was over 4 weeks to receive. Also my dog has had about 3 months and the prong on the clasp broke. My dog ended up running straight out into the road as the whole lot came undone.

What a fantastic company.I ordered a collar for my dog but….I ordered the wrong size and also put the wrong phone number on the form. Didn’t realise till the collar arrived. They e-mailed to see if i was happy with the collar. I said I was and told them what I’d done, they offered to send me another collar right size with the right phone number on FREE OF CHARGE. Gracie in customer services your amazing. Thank you all sooo much. ☺️☺️

Fabulous hard wearing collars, great delivery times, can’t recommend enough. I’ve had 3 collars over the past few years for my dogs and they look great, wash well and my dogs wear them with pride
