I was apprehensive about ordering from them due to reviews on multiple sites but glad i did. Ordered a charlie hough dodgers jersey. Came within the extended delivery window due to covid. Quality jersey with no apparent defects. The jersey does run a bit snug (large majestic), but that obviously isn’t on custom throwback jerseys. Just gotta cut back on the snacks and problem solved. Will definitely reorder

I was going to an Old-Timer's Day game in NYC. Didn't think I could find an old Cleon Jones jersey. I was quite nervous when I ordered it, thinking it would be poor quality/not quite bad enough to return. Excellent first rate authentic jersey. Exactly what I was hoping for; THANK YOU

have purchased multiple items from CTJ, and have never been disappointed. phils jersey in my case...very high quality, reasonably priced... very pleased.

Took 3 months, customer service is rude and snarky. Jersey didn’t have team logo on the sleeve like it was supposed too and on top of everything it was over $200. Do not buy from these jerks!

Do not order from here! I ordered a custom jersey and it’s a joke. The material is terrible and the sizing is way off. I asked for a refund because I can’t wear the jersey based on the terribly advertised measurements and no refunds at all? Really?? Owner didn’t even offer any other options to make the order right. Don’t waste your money!!

I ordered a Jersey in July of last year l have not received my Jersey the post office referred by to them because the tracking number is wrong and they won’t answer the phone so lm out of $179

Other than taking a long time to receive my custom jersey I am very satisfied with the quality of the jersey.
If ordering a jersey highly recommend ordering well in advance of when you need it. I will definitely order from CTJ again.
In the future maybe CTJ will keep their customers up to date with emails on the status of their orders. Communication is key to good service......

Got an Eddie Belfour Stars sweater and man this thing takes me back to the late 90s and college. Back when "Hockey in Texas" was new and crazy. I love everything about it and the attention to detail. This company is top notch. The only negative has everything to do with the crazy times we live in (supply chain, labor changes, etc.) so it took a while to get, but it was worth the wait and I'm not "dinging" the rating due to it.

I ordered custom hockey jerseys that were very difficult to find anywhere else, and definitely not authentic. When my jerseys came in they stunned me at how perfect they were, well worth the wait.

I am beyond happy and excited about my purchase. My forever favorite player was from the 80's and I always wanted his jersey. All these years later I still wanted one and only found one here. I love it so much I think I will buy another one so I have one to wear and one to frame. I will absolutely be a repeat customer and tell people about this company. Thank You!!! :)

The quality of the Basketball jersey is top notch. Would definitely purchase again and recommend new customers. The sizing is about accurate. The 2XL fit just right. Communication was timely and was advised of any delays.

The reason I gave this company 3 stars is because the customer service is absolutely god awful!! I don’t know how the other reviews on here say they received excellent customer service because that was the exact opposite for me. They must’ve been paid to say that.

First- I will say the quality of this product is amazing and absolutely worth it. My husband loved it and it definitely feels like it’s worth the price tag attached. So if you can get past the rude person on the receiving end of the emails then definitely go ahead and use them.

I read a lot of the reviews and most people said that as soon as they placed their order the owner or whoever sent them a message asking for measurements to make sure they bought the right size.
So the first contact I had with CTJ was about shipping because I apparently missed the date on the website so my fault for not reading. I had mentioned that I needed it for a birthday and I could pay money to expedite this if possible. The reply “seeing as there is 1000 orders ahead of yours and half the staff is out on Covid that would be impossible” probably not that rude but hey it was my fault for not reading the fine print. Here’s the part that bothered me.
As I mentioned above about the sizing, I was curious to see if i could get insight on if I ordered the right size. When I mentioned the other reviews and asked about the sizing CTJ replied “ Custom Throwback Jerseys said: It's impossible for us to tell you with 100% certainty if a XXL would be too big, but based on his size and the fact it is to be worn over a hoodie, a XXL should be fine. Thanks”
This seems normal, sure. But I kind of expected a little better customer service or at least them being nice when so many other people mentioned how helpful they were and that’s just not the experience I feel that I had with them.

Also it takes about 2 months to receive your product so plan ahead.

Replying to the comment CTJ left on my review: your reviews don’t match the customer service I received. Yes you sort of helped with the sizing however the message I received made it seem like I was crazy for even asking that question to you when, like you said, “thousands” of people have said otherwise so I’m just not sure why you made me feel like sending a message was more of an inconvenience than anything else. I am in the service industry and I deal with customers not knowing things about the industry I’m in so when people ask me questions I’m more than happy to help them and don’t make them feel like they are burdening me. I don’t buy jerseys constantly, you however make them daily so I assumed you’d know more about it than I would. My advice would be to work on your wording but I hope this clears up any confusion you have.
