I dropped them off at the London office and they were couriered back in a weeks time

Fantastic service!
I'm based in Penang, Malaysia and had my enquiries attended to by Marie Wilkinson. From the very first email until the last, Marie was courteous, solicitous, prompt and informative about my choice of frames. I almost felt like I was chatting with a friend about my purchase. When I asked for metal pad arms (nose pads) to be put in, Marie walked me through the process and made it seem like it was of no trouble at all, although I know better. The frames have just arrived and I'm absolutely delighted that they are as I'd hope they would be together with the extra nose pads. I would shop online with Cutler and Gross again just for the pleasure of being served by Marie. Marie, you're a gem!

Exceptional quality/service
After sending my glasses for a replacement hinge I opted for the extra frame polishing and refurbishment service - the correspondence from Giselle was fantastic and she kept me up to date with progress- I received my glasses back and they look almost brand new!
I would highly recommend Cutler &Gross and I would never look for alternative brands.
Well deserving of a 5 * rating.

Quick repair, no fuss!
I had broken the hinge on my sunglasses and I no longer live near a store. Marie was super helpful, I just posted them to be repaired and they turned them around really fast, which is great because it's summer! They're like new again!

Cutler apparently stopped offering customer service. Sent them Mails and called regarding a return. Never received an answer, no one picked up the phone. Really disappointed as a long time customer.

I contacted Cutler and Gross as the lenses on my 1308 had a damage through my own carelessness.
I didn't expect a positive result as the frames have been discontinued for a number of years.
Giselle dealt with my request and from the first moment the customer care was quite simply the best I've ever received for anything, anywhere!
She contacted the factory in Italy and within a couple of days new lenses had been produced, this was more than I could of ever expected and throughout the process Giselle kept me informed of the progress or responded to my queries in quick time.
From start to finish the whole thing took a little over a week, the new lenses are in my frames and ready to wear again.
Absolutely amazing service, communication and quality, both of people and product!

The brand is an icon, the glasses are beautiful, sturdy, design unparalleled, customer service is incredible.
CHELSEA is a rock star, one of those that shine on their own, no matter what, she went above and beyond her responsibilities to please (blow my mind) a customer from abroad, across the ocean in the western part of the planet.

A really satisfying visit and great service
I bought a new frame 10 March from London-Spitalfields about which I'm delighted. From the moment I arrived Lulu showed me the various options on display, making intelligent and helpful comments on each of the choices, with a careful approach as to how each frame might suit me comfort-wise and visually, until we reached a unaminous decision on the frame most suiting. What extraordinary service provided by C and G UK. After 6-7 years of being beaten up, scratched, broken off arm, the tortoise finish fading and yellowing a bit, my local optician Hill Vision, also excellent, send them off to C and G and they polish and clean them! Came back in a week, looking brand new! In fact, I suspect they may have replaced some parts with new. Worth every £!! I wont buy any other make, these are my third pair in 35 years. Well done Cutler & Gross
