I always order cake from Cutter and Squidge and last week I had a slight issue with my order being delivered a day earlier than the requested day.
Rebekah, so kindly, gave me a refund / credit to use for my next order as a gesture of goodwill.
She's been really helpful and nice.

Only great things to say about the Cutter & Squidge Team! I first discovered them when a box of their delicious brownies was gifted to me.
The flavours are divine and they offer a great selection of beautifully baked treats.
After having visited their store on Brewer Street a few times and ordering online, their customer service is excellent and staff are lovely.

I ordered some cookies for a surprise for a friend and very sadly they got taken from her doorstep before she could collect them. I reached out to the team and they replied very promptly and very kindly sent out a replacement for the following day. Very much appreciated as I know it's a small business, will be ordering again for sure! thank you :)

There was an issue with one of the cakes that I ordered and it was quickly resolved. Rebekah was a delight to communicate with and went above and beyond!

Not only are their delicious products delivered fast and fresh, but their customer service is a cut above.

I messaged to help claim reward points as my first order went through as guest checkout and hadn’t linked up as a result for loyalty points.

Rebekah gave me a kind, polite, professional reply complete with everything being fully resolved, before I’d even finished the coffee I had made just prior to messaging customer service. This company truly remembers the spirit of proper customer service, and I say this as somebody who personally worked in customer service for nearly a decade before switching to work in tech.

Sadly tastes dry and like cheap supermarket cake. Not at all worth the money.

Ordered an 8” Lemon Drizzle cake for my daughter’s 21st Birthday lunch. Was delicious, looked beautifully understated, packaged perfectly and was delivered in immaculate condition. Thank you Cutter and Squidge. Will be ordering again!

Tasty and nicely decorated vegan chocolate fudge cake, which arrived on the requested date in lovely packaging. Unfortunately it suffered a minor appearance defect during DPD's delivery process, but the customer service team responded within an hour of my email and resolved my issue as soon as reasonably possible (thanks Rebekah!).

Order came on the day I asked for even though it was a Sunday. It was well packaged and everything looked beautiful. I would highly recommend and would use them again in a heart beat.

I ordered from Cutter & Squidge for the first time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to them to everyone! My daughter has a very stressful job and I bought the baby buskin box as a treat and she was absolutely thrilled with the look and taste! Made her weekend! 🙌

I've always had a fantastic service from Cutter and Squidge. Several cakes and birthday treats later for friends and family there hasn't been one single negative comment. One of these even went to a sweet-toothed chef! My last purchase was for a friend's birthday on 14th July and it was the Passionfruit and Pistachio cake, complete with cake container and Prosecco. She absolutely loved it and said the cake was a beautiful combination of flavours and soft texture. The loyalty scheme also makes it a great financial choice for me as there is always a discount off my purchases. Win win 🏆

I ordered a luxury hamper costing £200 to be delivered for an event. I called them to say I hadn't received tracking information and they explained that DPD had lost the parcel. I asked for a replacement to be sent straight away and the customer service assistant explained there would be a fee to have it delivered on an express service, explaining it wasn't their fault, it was the courier. They called back to explain they would waive the fee (quite rightly so!) and promised a pre-midday delivery the following day in order for me to receive the item for the event intended. DPD tracking information shows it won't be be delivered in time. Shocking customer service particularly when I have purchased the most expensive item on the website, I expected better service than this. Won't be using them again unfortunately purely down to customer service.

Rebekah from Cutler & Squidge was so helpful today in dealing with my order question. She worked quickly to resolve the situation and offered a very acceptable solution. She saved the day for the birthday girl. Thank you Rebekah and Cutler & Squidge.

It was my husband birthday and I was out of the country so after going through the pictures on Instagram and the website I placed the order for a chocolate fudge cake and oh boy the cake was beyond expectations … my hubby loved the cake and it just made his birthday a lot more special. A special shout to Ms. Rebakah who replied to all my queries and made the ordering process very easy. I would definitely be ordering from you guys again.

After receiving a delicious gift ordered from Cutter and Squidge, I decided to order a gift from them myself. The process was easy but unfortunately there was a problem with the DPD delivery. However, Emma at Cutter and Squidge readily resolved the issue and showed exemplary customer service while doing so. I was very impressed and delighted that my friend still received the brownies I had ordered!
