I would not recommend CVmaker.ro
I would not recommend CVmaker.ro. I used the service to create a CV, but I did not intend to sign up for a recurring subscription. The subscription terms and the fact that a €/$/monthly charge would follow were not made clear enough to me — the information was easy to miss and presented in very small/less noticeable text.
I was then charged around 99 RON unexpectedly. I only realized there was a subscription after receiving an email saying it had been cancelled and that there was an outstanding amount.
In my opinion, the subscription terms should be displayed clearly and prominently before payment, rather than hidden in small print. Customers should not have to discover recurring charges after the money has already been taken.
Very disappointing experience.

We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience with our service. We are truly sorry to learn that the subscription terms were not as clear as they should have been, leading to an unexpected charge and a disappointing experience.
We understand your frustration when recurring charges are not prominently displayed. We are actively reviewing our website's presentation of subscription details to ensure they are much clearer and more noticeable before any payment is made. Our goal is for all customers to have a complete understanding of the terms of service. We value your input as it helps us improve our processes and communication.
