Contacted CVSL in April 2023 & spoke to John about a car which all went pretty easily with the documents to sign etc, the wait was a bit longer then suggested which i put down to the shortage of computer chips due to the pandemic but all came through good with exactly what we wanted by october so all in all happy with the service provided.

Ordering the car was an easy process, and I was kept well informed of the progress by Marc Spruce at CVSL. The delivery was made earlier than expected, and the car was exactly as I expected.

Marc kept me informed through out the process and my car was available sooner than promised. We have already begun to do further business, first class service.

The last couple of years has been tough for the motor industry with long delays due to Covid and parts shortages. Our new vehicle ordered through John Dennis at CVSL was one of these and took over 12 months to arrive. It was difficult all round but John has been very professional from start to finish. Great experience with CVSL and Tim Sheasby who managed to find two vans for me that i had been trying to source for a while. Lead times were as long as they advised they would be and a lot less than i was finding elsewhere. Getting them signed for was an easy stress free process too. Will be using CVSL again the next time I'm looking for replacement vehicles for my fleet. Thanks to Tim and team great job well done!

This is the first time I have used CVSL and the first time I have leased the car and all I can say is that the service has been exceptional and I will definitely be going back to them.
I dealt mainly with Stuart Sinclair, with some help from Marc Spruce, and have had nothing but the best advice and help, all the way from initial enquiry to delivery of my car and aftercare.
Everything was made simple with detailed responses to all my questions.

The communication and help by Marc Spruce was excellent from initial enquiry, through the order process and onto delivery.
He was very knowledgeable and listened to my requirements and suggested a couple of options - also highlighting costs associated to BiK which fluctuated massively dependent on vehicle - which I am extremely grateful.
The delivery was slightly delayed due to component/manufacturing issues - but it was nothing more than the whole industry was experiencing - however I was kept in the loop and upto date regularly.
Recommend the services of CVSL Ltd - especially if all staff are as helpful as Marc
