I believe this company has gone under, I placed an order in Nov, finally received it end of Dec. Foolish me reordered in Jan, as I have been ordering from them for a couple of years. They charged my card havent heard from them since, they are not answering the phone nor emails and of course no product. BEWARE

Never received merchandise or refund
We ordered a coffee machine which was paid for in August 2025. We never received the merchandise within the 6 weeks as specified by the company. We requested a refund and as of February 2026, never received our refund. The company will not return calls nor emails anymore. The last correspondence from this company was back in early January stating that they sent off my refund information to accounting.
