I’ve had the pleasure of attending Change the World Model United Nations (CWMUN) conferences twice as a student. Both times were unforgettable experiences! The atmosphere at each event is truly something special, with participants from all over the world, creating an environment that is inspiring and full of positive energy. You can just feel how much passion is behind each student and how everyone, even if we don’t share the same background or culture has similar values and goals (climate change, social and gender equality etc.), which for me at least is always super inspiring and gives so much hope!

This year, I had the opportunity to join as a Volunteer Member, which was a whole new experience, and just as enjoyable. I think being on the other side gave me a new appreciation for all the incredible work and effort that goes into organizing these events. I also just wanted to say that these years speakers were incredible, especially Bernardino León advice and speech was amazing!

The staff and organizers at CWMUN also deserve a lot of credit—they’re always available and go above and beyond to support students, volunteers and solve any problems! They’re dedicated, helpful, and I feel like just genuinely passionate about making the experience enriching for everyone involved.

I look forward to participating in the future!

Fantastic experience, in which you gain a lot of knowledge and insight. It broadens your views in so many ways. You also meet people from different parts of the world. I would definitely recommend it!

It is my third time partying in CWMUN, as Delegate and as DAIS and I can only recommend this experience.

It is definitely one of my favourite moments I had so far. I met a lot of nice people and I gained precious experience!

No words can explain what this conference means for me. My first time was in 2023 in new York city. It was like dream comes true. When I entered to the conference's room, I felt like I was with my own family. The energy, the passion, the challenges, the negotiation and the team were extraordinary. The feeling when I took my place in the UN headquarters was unexplained. This year, I choose to be one the member of DIAS not a delegate to make a new experience. It was an honor to work with an amazing team. They taught us perfectly with all their efforts. They gave us their trust, love and specially the comfort. We're not only a team we're a family. For me, i really want to complete my career with them and to be always one of this family. İ totally recommend attending this amazing experience. Special thanks to Alice Corbino, Giada Ferraro, Martina Monti, Angelo Coroneo and all the team who taught us. With all my pleasure I want to say thank you for being my team and give me this love and comfort for Laura Regina, Akeem Hines and Alessia Pilati.

I had the opportunity to experience the CWMUN in Singapore and I really loved it! I think that not only the event was great, but also the preparatory course before the conference, because we studied all the materials and info we needed to be well prepared for the event! I will definitely suggest this experience to other friends and young people interested in international relations.

It has been an amazing experience which I cannot be more grateful for. I made friends from all over the world and shared unforgettable moments in a unique frame like Singapore. Totally recommended.

It surprised me enormously. I made other simulations because it is huge in my country, but this was another level. I felt included, valued and with a voice to be heard. Moreover, the opportunity of knowing other cultures, how the people I talked with were able to establish a constructive dialogue where all cultures and sides were accepted. I was responsible for representing a country that had nothing to do with my ideologies. It was tough, I'm not going to lie, but the best prize I won was not a diploma, but the passionate hug that a person from that country gave me because she considered I had represented her and her ideologies during the simulation. Because of that, I thank enormously the organisation for making this possible and being able to educate the generations to come on values like dialogue, respect and empathy.

Fantastic experience in MUN Singapore 2024, I have met so many new friends from all over the world. The DAIS and Staff members were so skilled and helpful along every phase of the event.
We worked hard, we worked together and we enjoyed every second of it. The saddest part was of course the adjournament of the meeting until next session, but I'm looking forward to rejoin my many new friends in the future!
It was a great victory for Diplomacy.

This was truly an amazing experience and it couldn’t have been successful without their outstanding support and leadership as well as the great initiative and dedication from the team at large.
I think this is something EVERY high school or university student should try to experience at least once throughout their academic tenure.

I’m very proud of the great work from the DAIS members and how well we were able to gel together. With this synergy, we can definitely Change the World ❤️

Very high fees compared to the event offer. When traveling, CWMUN participants in New York were not guaranteed breakfast. The contract signed with the Hotels in New York did not give us the opportunity to use anything in the hotel that normal guests were entitled to, e.g. we could not buy a voucher for breakfast at the hotel, we could not receive a kettle to boil water, I did not even receive a sewing kit to sew a button when it broke off. The service at the reception was very unpleasant and arrogant and answered every request that we were a group from Change the World and we were not entitled to anything. At such international events that pay a lot of money, there should be at least one official dinner together so that the participants can get to know each other and integrate.
Change the World should empathize with a young person who comes alone to such a conference (not with a group that will take care of itself) and is not guaranteed anything except accommodation.
I know that many young people came back very disappointed after CWMUN NYC 2024.

I took part in CWMUN in New York 2024 and it was an experience I wouldn't want to have missed in my life. It was extremely professionally organised - both the training course beforehand and the implementation of the conference in New York. You can gain an insight into how the UN works and have a lot of fun doing it. You get to know so many different people from different countries who share the same interests as you and make friends for life. The Explorer Package, which you could also book, was an absolutely unique experience. Giada and Angelo showed us the most important sights and most beautiful corners of New York despite the tight schedule. They are incredibly nice and funny people. I'm really looking forward to seeing some of them again at one of the next conferences from Associazione Diplomatici.

CWMUN NYC24 was absolutely a great experience made possible by Associazione Diplomatici!
It is the first time I join CWMUNs as a staff member and there will be a second for sure!
I want to thank all the people I met during this wonderful experience, in particular the Chief of Dais, Alice Corbino, and Giusi Squillaci for trusting me and giving me this opportunity.
I thanks also Diletta, Giada, Angelo and Wanda for their efforts.
I will never forget the beautiful memories collected. Looking forward to the next!

It's been an amazing experience. It has been my first ever MUN. The conference was organized on such a high level that all those memories will remain forever.

I am grateful for the whole event, it was truly amazing! I learned a lot of practical things on the UN and on many other topics, and got a taste of how the world of diplomacy functions. NYC is an amazing place and I am glad I met so many people from different backgrounds!
The only downside of it, and the reason for the 4 star review is the organisation. Of course, coordinating that many people is a hard job, but there were some challenges, lost placards, delays, sudden schedule changes and other inconveniences. At some times it was annoying as well that many delegates or organisers were not able to or chose not to speak english, wich hindered negotiations or the spread of information.
It would be nice if all this could improve for the next time!
Besides, I would recommend it to anyone, and if I have the opportunity, I will definitely participate again!

Well organized, fair prices, valuable experience

CWMUN NYC 2024
Firstly I’d like to thank Alice for selecting onto the dais team and giving this great opportunity.
For me as a first timer at the Dais, this was amazing moderating the whole conference.
Secondly I am so happy to meet my friends who were part of the CWMUN NYC 2023 as delegates with me, it was a replenishment to see them all.
Thirdly I hope to moderate at this conference once more when time permits me and would like to get more experience.
Fourthly my problems here are 2 things, one was people speaking Italian, I was a member of dais with 3 other people from Italy, they were just continuously speaking Italian and it’s disrespectful for people, if the official language of the committee is English, please speak in English and even delegates as well, they were also just speaking in Italian for the time of Committee, this has been my problem as a delegate and now as a dais member.
Secondly the poor planning of not taking Dais members into the United Nations on the conference, I was sad for not going into the UN on the days of Conference as that was one of the main reasons for me to come to this conference but it was inevitable given the war scenario.
But overall it was a great conference and would love to y’all next time!!

Change the world MUN NY 2024, was one of the biggest forum of students, well trained and well educated. It was great, everything went alright. This is what the students need to understand the difficult organisation behind the United Nations, to finally take action in something that is going to change the world and the future of everyone. This forum is for sure going to change everyone in a positive way, made them thinking about the worries of the future. Thank you so much to the staff and to everybody that was involved into such amazing experience.

2023 was my first time with CWMUN, as a delegate All my dreams, projects and prospects for the future lighted up! This year, I had the great opportunity to come back to New York for the the Change the World MUN 2024 as a DAIS member, and this just made my love for this program grow 100% more. We not only had days full of work but also we got to get closer to the students and clearly see the impact of all those days! I will be forever grateful for my CWMUN family for all the great things and people they help me find! If you have the opportunity to do it, do not hesitate, it will change your life!

Attending the Change the World Model UN conference was an enriching experience. The professionalism of the tutors stood out significantly. Their expertise and guidance fostered an atmosphere of learning and collaboration, ensuring delegates gained valuable insights into diplomacy and global issues.
Overall, it was life-changing ! I would definitely recommend it!!!
