I am an international buyer. WARNING - do not purchase from this company. I ordered and paid for on their website for chronovision watchwinder for £3200. 3 weeks after confirmation, I got a random email lifting the price to £4000 if I wanted it. The excuse was that the supplier did not advise them of the price rise. I decided to cancel it. It took them 15 days after the cancellation (and for me to chase up several times) to refund my money. Today, they are still advertising the same product at the same price that they said I could not buy it for. This company should be done for double ticketing and switch and bait advertising. It is the worst experience I've ever had with an international company, and I would suggest everyone avoid purchasing from this business as it is not one to be trusted

CW Sellors, Whitby Jet Store, Jura Watches etc. they are the same company (or are connected).

Zero customer service.

A review is only worthwhile when judging a product worth or how the company acted in a negative situation. Jura/C W Sellors management clearly display a reluctance and zero tolerance to return policies, regardless of ANY unfortunate situation that the customer may have been presented with. They also refuse to acknowledge or discuss any matter, instead leaving it to lower level staff. Suffice to say, a refund one minute outside of a policy is unaccepted, or be discussed. This leaves the customer in a position where they are now forced to buy something they may not really want. The staff assisting in an eventual purchase were helpful and was gratefully accepted, but this was overshadowed and soured by the poor and unreasonable management behaviour. I like to deal with family run businesses, to help them outside of large corporate companies. However, this is not what I expected from this type of business. As a previous and returning customer, my loyalty now lay elsewhere, where it’s appreciated.

I bought the Holton Professional watch from CW Sellors and I knew exactly what I wanted: a watch with highly legible hands in all light conditions, accurate in timekeeping and very subtle and not showy. A well finished PVD coating, sapphire glass, screw-in bars and precise, but easily turned bezel are also essential features. I am impressed that it is UK mil-spec and has a NSN number. It will be a treasured tool watch in my rotation alongside my Seiko Diver and Marathon GSAR.
