Great product and customer service, but…
My order was delivered on time with short notice. Customer service is readily available. The product was high quality. Cost was reasonable for the location. The only reason I have a 4 star and not 5 was because although a high quality product was delivered. It was considerably different than what I selected on the website. Aside from that everything else was 5 star. I would definitely use Cyber.Florist again.

You ruined the surprise and I already wrote what I wanted on the card. You’re lucky I’m giving you 3 stars. I would love for Mr. Tough guy to yell at me in person by the way. Guarantee he wouldn’t.
