Their Products Are Always Very Well Made On Thier Store They Always Have Unique Ideas On What To Make What Works Best With A Customer

Absolutely terrible experience.

This company sells chatroom services, and I trusted them with my project and community. I paid for a full year, and after only a few weeks they suddenly removed my access and transferred my domain under their own control without any prior warning.

Then they claimed I had violated their rules and said I “deserved punishment.” To avoid further issues, I removed everything they considered against their policies and tried to cooperate professionally. But even after complying, they still refused to return my domain and eventually shut down my hosting completely as well.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, they became aggressive and even threatened legal action against me. Imagine paying for a service, building your project on it, and then waking up locked out while support treats you like a criminal.

Another major red flag: they market themselves with a US-based image, yet their own website lists an address in Karachi, Pakistan. That lack of transparency made the whole experience feel even more untrustworthy.

Their actions caused serious damage to my project and a huge amount of stress. Support was hostile, unreliable, and completely unprofessional throughout the entire situation.

If you care about your business, community, users, or domain ownership, stay away from this company. I would never trust them again with anything important.
