Not impressed with the experience
Poor communication from sales representative during the process. PC was no built per instructions. Delta cost between the original parts ordered vs. parts substituted due to shortage was not refunded.

My experience could have been better
I received my custom pc in a timely matter. It is beautiful. I did have to update the bios, graphics and other driver’s. My pc crashed several times from the graphics settings. I should be able to put it at Ultra but it still crashes. I had to upgrade the memory another 16gb but it still crashes when playing Wow or BG3. Cyberpower never responded to my email questions. They also sent me the wrong motherboard box. No instructions for the motherboard or any other instructions. Luckily, I know how to build a pc.

Extremely disappointed with service
Extremely disappointed with CyberPowerPC. The computer we purchased never connected properly to the internet. We followed their instructions and shipped the unit from Weston, Fl, all the way to California for repair, spending around $200 on shipping. When we received it back, the problem was exactly the same — nothing had been fixed. After all that time and money, the issue remains unresolved. Very frustrating experience and not the level of service you would expect from a company of this size.

PC was packed very well
PC was packed very well. My son is so happy. His other one is about 6 years old and couldn't handle some on-line games. This one handles them all. I just need to see if I can upgrade his other one so I can use it.

Always the highest
Love! Love! Love! My system! Cyperpower really delivered on this PC. Assembly was quick and shipped within a week. PC came well packaged and assembled (cable management, everything connected, etc) beautifully! If I need another PC in the future, I know where to go from here on!

A title is mandatory.
I was well informed throughout the build process and, given the time frame, my pc was assembled promptly. Components were correctly installed and PC started up without issue. So far is running smoothly.

This is my 7th computer purchased from CyberPowerPC so far. They have always provided the information on their site that I needed to update to a new computer. I have only called a couple of times, but they were prompt and quick with the information I needed. Would I recommend them ?? Would I have bought 7 computers from them if I had issues ?? Nope - I would recommend them to anyone who wanted good advise on where to purchase a computer, whether their 1st or their 7th. As for the value, I have found it to always be reasonable. I probably could have found a similar computer for a few dollars less, but I have had such good luck with mine that I don't think about other companies (except to compare features). Such a great product and service!
I’m super happy with how well the product was pieced together. And as well the communication through the process of if I had any questions. The hardware and setup was seamless and amazing! This is my second pc from you guys and wasn’t disappointed at all.

Buying made easy
Picking options for my computer was made easy regarding compatibility.
The one thing i really valued was that I asked a question about my computer while it was being built. I reached out to the salesperson and he got back to me right away with an answer. I appreciated that.
