Prebuilt ready to go, Both computers were ready and delivered in rapid fashion and arrived the day before xmas. no fuss process

Product customization was easy, and the PC was received as expected. The PC was very well packed and there was no shipping damage. The case and internal build are very aesthetically pleasing.

The computer started perfectly, and it was easy to configure Windows 11 Pro.

The quick start guide was helpful, but it was for a different case, so I had to figure out how to open my PC's case. It came with several individual bags containing small components that were not labeled. I'm not sure what some of them are used for. The external antenna for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth in particular lead to some confusion when trying to connect an iPhone using Bluetooth.

The serial number for the Asus Z890-PRO WIFI motherboard was not on the back of the case or in any supporting documentation. This makes registering that component more difficult.

They delivered it on time. It was plug and play, had no issues other than windows 11 but that's not their fault.

Ordered 11/26, estimated to ship 12/8, ended up shipping 12/22 and arriving after Christmas. Plugged it in, and realized the case USBs weren't working. The cord connecting the Case USB wasn't plugged in, maybe knocked out by the insulating foam? The pins for the cord were bent on the motherboard as well. I managed to bend the pins back into place, and get the cord plugged back in, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Someone with less experience building PCs may not have been able to do that either.

Overall, the price was better on Black Friday than if I had purchased all the parts and built the PC myself. Customer Service was easy to connect to, basically no wait times, and I probably called about a dozen times, but they couldn't really help with any delays.

It was very easy to shop and customize the computer. The packing is top notch to prevent damage during shipment. Their products last. This is my third rig and have had very good experiences with all of my purchases. This last purchase is no exception.

Almost excellent, gone very bad... My system was built and delivered without issues. However, when powered on, all the fans (3x AIO and 4x case) ran at full speed, which is really loud. I tried to set a slower speed in the BIOS, but that didn't work because the AIO pump was plugged into the CPU_FAN, the AIO fans were plugged into the AIO_PUMP header, and the case fans were plugged into the CPU_OPT header. No big deal, I switched the pump and fan cables to fix that issue. But the case fan cables were not long enough to reach the CHA_FAN header. So, I called CyberPowerPC to ask for a 12 inch fan cable extension and a few small cover parts that were missing from the AIO installation. The answer I received was "no", it was not possible, and the way it was sent to me was perfectly acceptable. I explained this was a $2,000+ build and I paid for "Professional Cable Wiring Care" and I was told I could return the entire system for a refund. That seemed like a drastic response considering all I wanted was a $3.00 extension cable to make the system correct as per page 23 of the motherboard manual. All I was able to get from the person on the phone was that a manager would call me in three days regarding a partial refund because they do not have extension cables. It is now seven days later and I still have not received a call from the manager, refund, cable, or missing AIO parts.
I have been a customer of CyberPowerPC since 2011, so it is very disappointing to get this kind of customer service over such a simple issue. CyberPowerPC could have been a hero with so little cost or effort just by fixing what was wrong. It is a shame to ruin long term trust and customer relationship over such a simple fix.

Not only is the PC great, but it got here completely undamaged with how well they packaged it, and it got here about a month faster than they said it would, in December when everyone is usually backed up. I could not be more satisfied. The PC is truly "plug and play". I had the advantage of already having windows so when I entered in my info, my entire desktop from my old computer came back and I was ready to go after a few downloads. I highly recommend this company. I find myself staring at my glowing PC more than id like to admit. It is mesmerizing.

I bought a $2000 machine and it came with scratch in glass and makes a bad vibrating noise when the GPU revs up. I emailed and expressed how disappointing this is and not one time has anyone said, "I'm Sorry"... it's just can we get pictures and videos.

It does seem like you guys will figure it out with me here, but it's a hassle and I paid good money for this PC. Also, you'd think to make the customer happy, you'd give something back to the customer. But I didn't receive any money back, rebate, free item, and I didn't even get an I'm sorry for this experience.

Repeat customer of CyberpowerPC - 1st PC bought in 2019...time for upgrade. Submitted order and 24 hrs later realized I wanted to make config changes. The team there was totally flexible and accommodating. Next purchase will be from CyberpowerPC.

Very easy to put together all the parts for my son's custom pc. Everything is categorized and is a component does not fit it will tell you. The black friday deals were great. The discounted item really saved me. I saved a total of $675. The pc was put together and shiped very quickly. When the pc arrived therw was a slight rip in the shipping box. No big deal pc runs fine no issues as of yet. The wiring was very clean and neat. This is my 2nd pc from cyberpowerpc and I'm very pleased with both pc's.

When I received the computer, the graphic card didn't work very hard to get ahold of somebody from customer service. I finally did. I sent it back. It's been two weeks, no computer, nobody reach out to tell me what's going on. I hope they're fixing it.

It was an enjoyable experience configuring my own PC.

This was my first gaming desktop as ive only bought laptops previously. Had my brother, who is more knowledgeable in building a pc, assist going through and researching with me which components best fit with eachother. I was a bit overwhelmed when opening everything as there were several pieces but quickly realized it was simple to unbox, remove the packing foam inside the pc and just check everything was connected. Super happy so far with its performance.

Arrived earlier than expected, shipped with zero problems, and the computer works great. Zero complaints, fantastic company!

Fast processing, PC arrived in one piece, good email communication.
