Even tho cumser rights 2015 states that if company pay for transit its them and delivery comanpy they hired to pick up pc. I have a exensive pc with no monitor

I bought my old PC from CyberPower 6 years ago and decided it was time for an upgrade. The PC came the very next working day and was well-packed. It came perfectly configured in the BIOS and handles demanding games with ease. The fans are super quiet, you wouldn't even know it was switched on if it wasn't for the LEDs. Very pleased with my purchase and it was great value for money.

Being able to run more modern games and not needing to worry about about if my pc is going to burst into flames has been amazing and the cable management is fantastic. The packaging inside the pc the keep the components safe was a bit scary to remove as I thought I would pull too hard but it was ok.

The PC was *not* delivered next day as it had been added to the CyberPower PC website ahead of schedule and the first batch of builds were not ready. On the plus side, I was personally telephoned and the situation was explained to me, a customer service move that I really appreciated. However, this clearly led to a rushed build & QA process, resulting in no front panel (headphone) audio working. To fix this I had to open up the case and check the front panel audio connection and, sure enough, only 4 of the 8 connecting pins on the motherboard header were connected to the cable. Luckily, this was just about accessible and I correctly reattached the cable... but it could easily have been buried under the graphics card or cooler and required more radical disassembly in order to fix. Plus, those with poor eyesight or arthritic fingers would have really struggled with this - the whole point of a pre-build is to negate any interaction with the internal workings of the PC and just have it working perfectly straight out of the box. Sadly, this was not the case. The PC itself is... fine.
