Mark and Julie were incredibly helpful and generous with their time, particularly as I wasn't making a very big buy from them. Mark sent me several very detailed emails with different information about equipment I could buy, some of which weren't even things they were selling. Top team!!!

Great Service
This was the only site I could find an American style back box for a project. It was ordered easily and delivered within a day. It came well packaged and on time. What more could you ask for!

5 Stars, A really good company!
This company went above and beyond the call of duty, I made an order online and my client changed there mind about 20 mins later. so... I called them up and they cancelled the order and refunded me without question.
I then ordered the part the client changed there mind to and the next day it was with me. Great price, Packed well, Fast delivery and super service.

I purchased a Labgear LMS512Q multiswitch and intend to purchase further AV products from them, with good prices and delivery I could not ask for more.

very helpful customer service and fast delivery
The product was delivered very quickly after ordering. The only minor issue was the paypal payment didn't work because the delivery address didn't match the billing address. While this was slightly irritating, it also highlighted how helpful and personal the customer service of the company is. As soon as this issue occurred, I received a personalised email explaining the problem and offering multiple solutions. My back and forth over email with Julie form CyberSelect was incredibly friendly and she was very apologetic about the issue. I would definitely use CyberSelect again.

Helpful and polite!
I needed a product quickly but had an issue with the online ordering system. The staff took the order quickly and politely over the phone and assured me the web issue would be looked at ASAP.
The item arrived on time the next day and I would definitely use the service again!
