Scam

E-mailed me out of nowhere two weeks after i registered and while i was on vacation that they now need an account statement within a week or they will close my account permanently. Never saw the e-mail until after my account was closed, as i was abroad for six of those days and they didn't care to reach me any other way.

Then they kept my money for two more weeks and eventually returned them keeping all profits and 10% of my initial deposit!

I have tried about half the betting companies operating in Cyprus in the past and this was hands down my worst experience yet.

The Worst Betting Experience Ever

The Worst Betting Experience Ever
I made a deposit a few days ago in the amount of €100 and they gave me a €100 bonus. That’s where my nightmare began.
I managed to place bets only 6 times before I realized one day that my account had been restricted to a €0 betting limit, even though I still had an active bonus that required 5x wagering in order to withdraw my money.
I contacted them to ask what was going on, and they gave me a ridiculous excuse (basically lying to me), saying that I could only place bets on markets that the system allowed me to. I believed them and decided to continue because I needed to clear the bonus to withdraw my funds. However, I soon realized that the system wouldn’t let me place any bets at all and that they were clearly lying.
I then decided to withdraw my money, and that’s when a new adventure started.
They asked me to verify a card that was already verified. I sent all the requested documents, but they didn’t reply. Despite contacting them countless times by message and phone, all I kept hearing was “please wait” and “be patient” for a simple verification process that, with other companies, takes no more than 15 minutes.
And then things got even worse.
I told them that I would report them if they didn’t proceed with the process quickly. Finally, after waiting one more day, the “verification” of the already verified account was completed. At that point, they demanded that I complete the bonus wagering in order to withdraw my money — while they themselves had set my betting limit to €0 😂.
Endless communication followed just to explain the obvious and simply get back my original €100 deposit.
Conclusion: Stay far away from this so-called “betting company”. This place is nothing more than a cafeteria called Cybet.
