I don’t know why I didn’t just go straight to cycle gear in the first place.
I bought my boots, jackets, gloves, etc. here and received great service.
I couldn’t find the quad block poncho for my phone Model on Amazon or even the quad lock website but duh, why didn’t I check cycle gear first.
They had it for a better price even!
Had it shipped directly to my house since I wasn’t concerned with how well it fit like my apparel.

Sent me an order cancellation after order placed. Said it was not in stock and I’d get a refund. 2 weeks later and no refund, no item, no happy customer here. You had one job…

Great experience, fast 3-day delivery

I had customer service reach out the minute there was a discrepancy found, issued a refund as well as a small in store credit as a thank you. Completely blew me away considering I just canceled an order with a competitor website for almost the same issue and went to cycle gear for the parts. Competitor had my bike down with no contact for almost 2 weeks and when I reached out they said another 2 weeks on parts. Cycle gear had the parts to my door in 2 days! Had I went with cycle gear the first time I would have only had my bike down 2 days! Don’t be like me go with cycle gear the first time!

I prefer ordering and picking up at my local store. The crew here is always knowledgeable and helpful. It also gives me a peek at the latest and greatest stuff and exchange motorcycle stories.

I was kept posted on the status of my order throughout its stages of delivery. The tracking was accurate and delivery was fast. I do like this feature from Cycle Gear when buying from them.
