Too late, too little options, horrible

So many times it's late or there is no information. I've been waiting for 2 days now. It should have been delivered yesterday. It keeps saying that I have to wait for more information. Hate this delivery service so much

Amazed at the many bad reviews, not my experience

So far I have great experiences with Cycloon. Always on time, and I really love the "green" delivery. The guys on the bikes are friendly, even in bad weather. I was amazed to see so many bad reviews, because in the past year I had a dozen deliveries by Cycloon and each time it was really nice!

2nd bad experience

EN below. Nogmaals voor de tweede keer een slechte ervaring met cycloon. De eerste keer werd mijn pakketje gewoon op de mat afgeleverd bij m'n voordeur. Dit keer hebben ze daar niet eens de moeite voor gedaan. Het is nergens te bekennen, want alhoewel de track & trace beweerd het bezorgd te hebben, staat er niks over bezorging bij de buren of nadere informatie WAAR het dan bezorgd is

Again, for the second time a bad experience with cycloon. The first time they just threw my package in front of my door, for everyone to steal. This time they did not even bother. The track & trace says it's delivered but it's nowhere to be found. No note or e-mail mentioning if it is delivered to the neighbours, in which case, which neighbour? Worst.Delivery.Company.Ever

Worst delivery service imaginable

Worst delivery service imaginable, fricking Bol.com just randomly assigns these guys to your package and there's nothing you can do about it. Also there's the worst customer service experience i've ever seen.

Once these people get a hold of your package you'll never know when you're gonna get it. You'll end up all evening having to wait in your house for a stupid package.

Last time the driver didn't feel like delivering, the weather was bad or he was not feeling well. Which meant i had to stay at home for three evenings until i tracked down the local branch and showed up to get my package myself...

I wish i could avoid this company like the plague, but that would mean stopping with Bol.com forever. Absolute terrible situation.

Hopeless

Hopeless , just hopeless. After a bad experience with delivery, I hoped Bol.com had stopped using this useless company. So I ordered some headphones. Got a message, they would be delivered between 17 and 22.00. Sitting at home on the sofa, I got a message, you weren't home , so we couldn't deliver.... YES I WAS!!

Left my package outside my door

The courier just left my package outside the door, didn’t even bother to ring the bell. I will assume they probably just came near the door and threw the package because why rhey didn’t even use the bell to let me know my package was waiting outside?? And bol gave me no choice to choose which seevice I would have wanted, dhl or postnl. I’m never again buying anything from bol if they are working with this company

Package gone

Didn't ring my bell, but the message says it's been delivered to a non-existent address, very cool! Going to have to deal with Bol to get my money back.

Cannot deliver to correct houses.

While the bikes look nice the service is terrible.
While I was home waiting for a package, it was delivered to one neighbour, the card with the packages whereabouts delivered to ANOTHER neighbours house.
My house is clearly labelled with a professionally made house number plate and arrows to avoid confusion.

What's more frustrating is seeing bol.com own this company so there is no way to avoid them while shopping on Bol.com. will be shopping with amazon I guess

Terrible..

Terrible... Leaves packages all over the place, you can look for it yourself and hopefully you can find it. They don't ring your doorbell. Already lost one package that they "delivered" at the neighbour but the neighbour didn't have it. Don't understand why companies (e.g. bol.com) choose Cycloon to handle their packages, absolute disaster. For me a reason to buy somewhere else. Hope they are gone soon....

Already hate cycloon

Got a Mail order is delivered. Order is however nowhere to be found. It fits in the mailbox, so why not just deliver it where it should be. Absolute scam!

Delivered too late

2 days in a row have I received a message that the package would be delivered, but have not received anything for 2 consecutive days. Third day delivered with excuses. The late delivery was the result of bad weather (snow). I fully understand that. But then, don't make empty promises.

R*tarded company that does not ring…

R*tarded company that does not ring your door bell, drops the package God knows where and leaves you to solve the problem. You morons should go out of business asap and as long as bol.com works with you I won't order anything through their website. Absolutely pathetic level of customer service with a stupid chat bot that does not help whatsoever.

WORST SERVICE EVER

I was expecting a package from Zara, the guy rang the door and gave me a huge heavy package that i know is not mine. I then check and see the name is someone else and the address is 3 streets away, not even a similar name. I say to him hey this isn't mine and he asks me if I'm sure??? I then ask him if he has the package that I am waiting for and he says nothing for my address. 5 mins after he has left I get an email saying my package has been delivered. what the f? Zero customer service.

Leaving packages on the floor at the elevator

They keep leaving piles of packages for various people next to the elevator on the floor, so that anyone can come and take whatever they like. Every day like this!! Unbelievable. Don't even bother to find your post box, let alone your door.
