SECOND UPDATE:
Cylex have tracked down my email replies to them providing proof of my service experience with the builder concerned and reinstated my review warning others about the builder. Seems emails from my email domain had been quarantined for some reason and they had never realized I had replied. Rating updated to reflect the resolution of the issue. Thanks Cylex team.
UPDATE: Cylex guys messaged me immediately after this review asking for proof of my experience, which I have provided right away only to be met with silence and inaction again.
Do not trust any reviews they publish ! They are obviously a paid service for businesses and will remove any negative reviews you leave a business. I had posted a review warning others about a rogue builder listed on their website and he was able to easily get it removed. Cylex guys made a show of emailing me asking for proof that I was indeed a customer of the builder for the review to be reinstated, which I promptly provided, only to be ignored completely afterwards. My review has not yet been reinstated. Do not trust this website if you are an end customer ! All the positive reviews here on trustpilot are from businesses using their services.

Questionable business.
These guys wrongly published a business they claimed operated from my home.
I asked for it to be removed, but they only marked the business as closed. so this still needs sorting.
I have no idea where they think this business originates from but due to their actions I now need to trawl the internet looking for what other mess they have created. They even managed to get the business added to Google Maps.
Would never use this site to look for anything based on what I’ve found since trying to deal with their mess!

Fast Customer Service
Updated out of date information for one of our care homes. Requested the updated and it was done within 24 hours. I was also set as an admin within the same timeframe, which allowed me to add more details to the listing. Communication was great and everything was sorted efficiently.

Cannot get my details removed
Cylex have somehow got details of my old company of about 15 years ago and are publishing it. For data security reasons I want these details removed. I cannot find out from where they are obtaining these details (searches on websites of Thomson Local and Yellow Pages come up with nothing for me). The way Cylex operate they do not have a "Contact Us". I only appear to be able to register with them, which defies logic as I do not have a company anymore to register!

On retirement and communication
On retirement, they removed my listing very quickly. I was also left with false negative feedback from someone I had never worked for. Cylex dealt with the matter quickly and removed the negative feedback. Well done it's great to communicate with Cylex and get things done fast and efficiently.

Removing Listings on Retirement
I had various business listings that came up in Google Searches which I needed to have deleted as I am closing my business and retiring. I received a very prompt acknowledgement of my request, followed by formal confirmation that all listings had been removed as I had requested. Excellent and courteous customer service.
