I ordered and paid extra for a propane tank replacement to be installed in my gas grille. The delivery people were never told to install it in my grille (I have a cracked vertebrae and cannot lift the tank) It is now three days later and I've been promised each day that someone would come back and install my propane tank. Each day promises, promises, promises, yet no one has shown up to install my tank. I highly recommend finding some other supplier for your propane tank replacements.
