This company was recommended to us. They quoted to carpet our whole house. They agreed to hold the price while we renovated and pay per room as and when we were ready. We took a lot longer to do each room than we expected but Cyril Dark were very patient and never pressured us to do things quicker. The fitters were always friendly and did a good job during each fit.
Communication was great for every fit, always giving a time of arrival and fitting us in at our convenience.
The carpets look great and we are so pleased with the service.

They did our last house (2010-13), and our new one as well (2018-20). We have always had excellent service. The range of carpets and other floor coverings is good, as is their product knowledge. They stay on top of the job and the admin, which when you consider the number of different rooms / measurements and different install dates etc, is commendable – you should see the amount of biro on the job sheets. And, most important of all, the fitting has been to a high standard throughout – stairs, fireplaces, all the details, done just right. Plus they are reliable and come on time. So all round, excellent.

This is a family ran carpet supply and fitting company. Did not have a good sales experience, the sales assistant was quite arrogant and rude, not helpful at all. Hence did not purchase from them.
