Great service
I have been with this company for 3 yrs now and i have to say it's been great to be a customer of them.
Recently I negotiated a new contract with Emma Salter who I dealt with 3 yrs ago, she is very helpful, prompt in responding to emails and calls, very clear in understanding what you need as a customer, without asking she applied a discount to my account.
I would suggest you get in touch with them and experience great customer support.

Been using D-Energi for a number of years and for an energy company are excellent. Their customer service is always available for any queries you may have and solutions are always forthcoming. Been with D-Energi for 3+ years
Been with D-Energi for our company warehouses for over 3 years now. Helped with a smooth change over when we moved premises and recently renewed one of our policies with ease. I always deal with Faline Welsh for our renewals, she's always quick to respond and get the accounts finalised. I also like the fact everything can be done via email, no need to be hanging on tiresome phone calls with a frustrating call centre. I deal with the same few people with regards to meter readings etc so you really get the 'family business' vibes that they value.

D-ENERGi has been our energy provider since we incorporated and we have found them to always be good value. They offer great customer service and helped us navigate a tricky renewal during the peak of the energy crises to make sure we got the best possible price for our energy needs. D-Energi good for business energi needs…
I changed to D-DEnergi when I had to take over a business at short notice. I have been with them for 4 years, in that time I have received a great service , excellent rates and if need be there is always a person I can speak to. Sadly I cannot renew my contract this year as my consumption is insufficient . I can highly recommend this company to anyone needing a business tariff.

Great Service
We have worked with D-Energi for a number of years and found their service to be very good. It is a difficult industry to work in over the last couple of years, but working with Kendall in particular has helped us secure competitive prices. I am a small rural cafe
I am a small rural cafe. I have been with D energi for 6 years. I signed a new contract September 2022. With a renewal date of Jan 2023. At this point they stated I had to fix the rate. The day rate I was paying was 14.18p per unit. They have now raised this to 69.55. Thats 4x more. The night unit was 11.20 now 46.55. Thats 4 x more. The standing charge was 38p it is now £4.20!!! 11 x more. My bill has gone from £350 pcm to just under £1600 pcm according to an email informing me they need to take £1574.51 pcm to cover the bill. This is absolutely not sustainable for a small business. On contacting D enegi they said they couldn't do anything and if I wanted out of the contract I would need to pay over £16500 plus vat. They have failed to explain why the DD amount is £1574.51, when I pointed out the first bill after the new contract was only £959.21 ,so the DD is coming on for twice that? Having been a loyal customer I feel absolutely shafted. Badly done DEnergi

Good Morning Margaret, We have been in contact with you regarding your query. The contract which you entered into disclosed the rates and the term in 2022. You contacted us in 2022 for a renewal quote for 12 and 24 months which was provided as normal procedure and from there you selected the 24 month option. While I can understand the market has since moved down, the contract you entered into at that time is a fixed contract in accordance to the T&C's therefore does not fluctuate with market movement. We sold the contract based on the market rates that were available at the time. The rising costs were a reflection of the market conditions at that time which we don't have control over. Your monthly sum is based off the rates on the contract and the energy you use plus government charges. The cost of the termination fee is the amount it would cost for us to sell the energy back. Once the rates are available we can look at possibly bringing your monthly cost down by blending and extending your contract.
