AMAZING
I am so happy with my Dabix Stinger 2. It’s cute, compact, and holds a charge for forever. I love the adapters that make your cartridges magnetic. ALL of my cartridges fit in this thing with the adapters, and that’s saying something, because I have a lot. I am a loyal Dabix customer now.

Lost Package but Good Customer Service
Never received the item I ordered but the customer support has been excellent. There was confusion with the shipping address on my end and with USPS but the support staff has promised to send a replacement of the item I ordered.

Customer Service to the rescue
So, during a sales event I bought two Dabix Labs Stinger2 batteries. Neither worked, and I left a review relating same. The customer service team contacted me and offered to replace, refund or store credit the inoperable one. By this time one had begun working perfectly (perhaps user error 😅) but I took them up on the replacement. I’LL BE SHOPPING HERE for the foreseeable future! Thanks again to the outstanding customer service team for not making me feel some type of way about this experience!
