The price and quality of the goods was excellent however delivery was slow, items ordered on Ebay the day after arrived the day before this item did. Actual mail time was about as advertised but despatch could have been more prompt.

Ordering on the internet was quick and straight forward. I only had one problem with them. Online it showed the order IN STOCK, but after two days of processing, I had a message it was being delivered from supplier.
However, it was worth the extra wait because they where the best price around. Have use them before will again.

I've ordered twice from dabs.com and I have to say, they are above par compared to a lot of similar retailers

The first order I made was a computer case, dabs was by far the cheapest seller, offering it for £10 less than anywhere else.

It arrived two days later in perfect condition, and I was really happy with it.

I ordered again a few days ago, this time a CPU, again, cheaper than most places by quite a bit. It was delivered to me via royal mail tracked very promptly, considering this CPU was urgent for repairs I'd consider this a big plus for me recommending them

I'd definitely order from them again, and absolutely recommend them without hesitation, their prices are more than reasonable and their dispatch/delivery time is reliable and consistent

Ordered at the weekend and is still being processed with no communication, pretty poor in my book!
I find it pretty unacceptable that most other companies, including sole traders on eBay, can have an item shipped within 24 hours but a large website based business like Dabs can't get a single hard drive sent out within 5 days, and not even let me know.
I have ordered from them in the past and had pretty decent experiences but this is my last purchase sadly, I'd rather use amazon or Scan.

Absolutely pathetic! Have just phoned Dabs and was now told that the item isn't in stock, although at the time of purchase it had been!!
I wasn't informed and had been charged for the item and who knows how long it could have been in processing if I hadn't called them.

Completely useless company, I would never trust them again!

Having finally had the order canceled, considering the item was a pure fabrication, I STILL have not received my money back after 7 days!!
No communication from the company what so ever.
Worst service I have ever received.

Order made just before Easter with no hassle delivered on Tuesday after Easter. No friction good communications and prompt delivery.

I haven't used dabs fur a while but have used the a lot over the years. This item was very well priced (around 10% less than the Apple Store). Delivery was quick as I have always found it. Overall, very pleased with purchase.

Order of "in stock" goods sat in processing for days, finally shipped (1-3 day service) and now way overdue. Royal mail do not recognise the tracking number. Bye bye dobs.

Best price for the card,tracked delivery and fast over Easter as well. Will be happy to buy from them again, would be nice if I was allowed pick up as warehouse in my town.

I decided to upgrade my gaming pc and chose an MSI V170A Gaming M5 motherboard together with an Intel i7-6700k processor. Unfortunately, must of been my error as the board prices were exactly the same at time of ordering, an ASUS Ranger board combo deal was delivered promptly. I contacted customer service and despite having to pay the postal charges, send the 'wanted' processor back as well and then the inevitable postal delays, customer service was great.
The motherboard and processor deal prices are good and delivery costs are reasonable too.
Delivered items are well packaged and I'm happy with my purchase, notwithstanding the extra/standard postal costs, overall a good deal and great customer service – recommended.

Generally very satisfied, though have only used the device once so far (for external backup, when it managed 10.5Gb in 32 minutes). Only thing I'd say is that nowhere, either on the device, the box or the manual, does it actually say what SIZE the Passport is. That was the first thing I looked for, to make sure I'd ordered & received the right one. I had to plug it in to find out.

I was planning to build a gaming pc and decided to go with the ASUS E3 Pro Gaming V5 Motherboard which was overall with the delivery 117. The price is the cheapest out there, even with delivery. Anyway, I ordered it at mid day and it arrived the next day so the delivery cost was very much worth it. It arrived the next day with great packaging as nothing was damaged and also the box was in good condition and most importantly the motherboard was perfect so overall I'm very happy with my purchase at Dabs and definitely going to order again if I need anything.

Wanted a laptop with windows 7 as O/S. Tried other retailers - difficult to source. Needed urgently for work. Got a leenovo think pad 11inch. Delivery time -- 'amazing' - ordered at 15:00hrs arrived next day at midday. Excellent product that was available off the shelf. Easy to order. Will use. Dabs again. Thank you
