Avoid this company at all costs
I ordered a baby dresser from this company. When it was delivered to my address I was out of the country. When I returned home, my husband and I opened the package to start setting up our nursery. I was sent a damaged dresser. I reached out to this company’s customer service to request a return label to send back the damaged dresser that they sent me. They responded that their return policy is 14 days and their return policy for damaged goods is 3 days.
I was sent a DAMAGED piece of furniture and this company refused a return label or refund. Didn’t even try to work with me, request photos of the damage, offer a partial discount, nothing. They just denied the return and refund. I spent over $600 for a piece of garbage.
I opened a dispute with my credit card company stating that what they sold me is not the quality I expected and that I received damaged goods. Dadada responded that they requested photos from me of the damage and I never sent them and that they tried to do everything they could to help me, but I wasn’t cooperative. Are you kidding me?
This isn’t an American company so I cannot create a Better Business Bureau case against them, but I will do everything I can to warn others not to buy any products from this company. They are pathetic and only concerned with profit, not their customer’s satisfaction.
