I had deposited MYR 3000 into my account and as of yesterday 01/01/2026 I had about MYR 6,000 in my account. Today I logged in and all my funds are missing. I tried reaching out to customer support chat, but they keep telling me to wait for 5 minutes. I checked under withdrawal and no withdrawal was made. I decided to do some research online and it looks like I'm not the only one. Many people have described scenarios similar to mine and they all said they never received the funds. I have been scammed and this is really frustrating. I thought Dafabet was a proper betting app, but I was very wrong. I am so stupid and I blame myself for not doing proper research on this company before placing a deposit. I hope no one will experience this. Do not open an account with this company. Also, what is weird is that they have crypto as a withdrawal option. This is another scam tactic that they use to give the excuse that someone withdrew the funds via crypto. I have been betting for over 20 years online and the withdrawal option has always been through local bank transfer only and directly to the player's name. Do not trust this company with your hard-earned money.

Dafabet is a fraud and scam.
I have been using dafabet since a very long time, it was good before but now whenever I make a withdrawal, they give me the money but my bank accounts have been blocked by NCRP (Cyber cell) stating that this is fraud money and my bank account balance has gone into negative. Avoid using dafabet and remove this site.

Deposits, if missed. Do not get credited

I deposited money into my Dafabet account, and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account. However, the deposit was never credited to my Dafabet wallet.

In the Dafabet transaction history, the status is shown as “Cancelled”, which is completely misleading because the transaction was actually successful on my bank side, and the money was taken from my account.

It has been more than 10 days, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution. Dafabet is not responding properly to emails, and their chat support is either unhelpful or unresponsive.

This is extremely frustrating and feels like a fraudulent practice. If a transaction fails, the money should be refunded immediately—but neither credit nor refund has been provided.

I strongly advise others to be very careful before depositing money on Dafabet. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot trust this platform.

DO NOT RECOMMEND – FUNDS WITHHELD FOR MONTHS

I strongly do NOT recommend opening an account with Dafabet.

Two months ago I deposited €100 and legitimately won €300. The moment I tried to withdraw my funds, the problems started. Dafabet suddenly demanded verification documents. I provided all documents exactly as requested.

After that – silence. No response for over a week. When I contacted customer support, the situation became even more ridiculous. Every agent pretends to be “working on it”, asks me to “wait 5 minutes”, and then repeats the same script: “Please send your documents by email” — documents which were already sent multiple times.

This cycle has been going on for two months.

When I finally warned them that I would contact regulatory authorities and expose this publicly on social media, I received a response implying that I “should not do that” and that it “would not be good”. That alone says everything.

To this day, my money has not been returned.

This is not professional behavior. This looks like intentional delaying tactics to avoid paying winnings.

Avoid Dafabet. Do not deposit your money there unless you are prepared to never see it again.

am facing many issues with the Dafabet application. I initiated a withdrawal on 05/12/2025, and till today the amount 45555 ha
s not been credited to my account. I have followed up multiple times with Dafabet employees, but one person is not responding at all.

On the first day, the withdrawal status showed “Successful.” The Dafabet team informed me that the amount would be credited to my account within 1–4 working days, but it has still not been credited.

Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
