Why all the negativity?

I have been subscribed to Daily Wire for 2 years now, and it's sickening that people have been writing one-star reviews without even having been subscribed just because they hate the fact that DW is right-wing. I saw one that said, "DW isn't news; it's a propaganda machine," and I hope you find some peace with that. Don't leave a 1-star review for something just because you don't like what they stand for; just review on the merit of their work. They give good data and are a good ALTERNATIVE (not replacement) for huge news networks, who have been proven to lie about facts. (See: Russia Hoax and COVID)

No Refund on Subscriptions

I was so disappointed to find out that subscriptions cannot be refunded. I purchased a 1 year subscription and cancelled three month in after realizing it was not the platform for me. They informed me that my subscription was non refundable and that I should make the most of it until it expires. This is not what I was hoping to hear. It seems like it would be an easy fix, but they would rather hold onto what I already paid than refund me the difference. Very disappointing.

I will say, customer service was really responsive. So at least I got a clear answer.

Poor customer service on billing

Poor customer service on billing, would not refund a subscription that was not used.
Would not let me speak to a supervisor and laughed at me when I asked to speak to a supervisor or Ben Shapiro.
What horseshit service, do not sign up for this BULLSHIT!!

Not bias

Not bias! Freedom of speech is freedom to lie and unfortunately there is no expectation of truth with any news outlet. At least with the daily wire of it's an opinion piece they say so and when I check the information they report is right on! There is also links to see footage and resources. Best news resource! Totally worth the membership!!! Being more right or left doesn't make you bias, lying does! A bunch of arabic 1 star reviews ... wonder who is paying for the negative reviews.

The Daily Wire isn’t news—it’s a biased…

The Daily Wire isn’t news—it’s a biased propaganda machine amplifying right-wing and pro-Israel narratives while silencing dissent. Its coverage of Israel-Palestine is particularly egregious: Palestinian voices are erased, Israeli aggression is justified, and critics are smeared as “antisemitic” to shut down debate. The network’s alignment with Israeli interests is glaring. Ben Shapiro and other hosts routinely frame U.S. policy around Israeli priorities, echoing Israeli government talking points that prioritize occupation over human rights.

The outlet platforms far-right pundits with ties to pro-Israel lobbies, blurring journalism and state propaganda. Stories on Gaza atrocities downplay Palestinian suffering, painting Israel as a perpetual victim while ignoring apartheid-like policies. This isn’t accidental—it’s deliberate. The Daily Wire serves as a megaphone for foreign influence, not truth.

Avoid this outlet if you value factual, ethical journalism. It’s a weaponized tool for ideology, not a news source.

I’m a conservative and love to support…

I’m a conservative and love to support a worthy cause. But daily wire makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. Causes yearly subscription upfront and won’t return. Then auto renews again after complaining with one day notice. If you subscribe you will have to cancel your credit card to stop payments

5 Stars for credit where it's due!

I'm extremely confused by the numerous negative reviews. I personally have had nothing but a positive experience for the years that I have been a subscriber. As someone who lives on a fixed income, I take advantage of the subscription sales when they are offered and cancel my subscription right away in the member portal and remove my payment method to ensure I won't be charged again. When it's time to re-up, I ensure there is a discount available. It's simple customer due diligence that a lot of these negative reviews clearly haven't practiced and are angry that they were charged for something that they agreed to recurring billing for.

I don't see how any company is responsible for the customer's ignorance, although the single time I have had to reach out to the Daily Wire's customer support team I was greeted with nothing but courtesy and respect and my issue was easily resolved.

I don't agree with every single thing said or mentioned on the platform, but good luck finding somewhere that you do. The news is 99% opinion, the Daily Wire podcasters are just that, podcasters, interjecting their opinions into their shows, and I respect that even when I disagree.

5 Stars because credit where credit is due!

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. The service can virtually not be cancelled. The instant they have your payment information your money is gone and you NO RECOURSE!
My bank would not refund the money despite me calling immediately and disputing the charge after calling and cancelling. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING THEY OFFER UNLESS YOU LIKE TO TAKE A MATCH TO YOUR MONEY

Sleazy billing

I did like the daily wire but they automatically charged me a full year membership which is about $300 which I really couldn't afford this year. I did not agree to this renewal nor was I asked before they charged my card. I tried to get a refund right away and they said once they bill it all sales are final. I think that is pretty sleazy. Pretty much any other business would have refunded you in this situation. I don't trust these guys anymore.

I am a fan of the Daily Wire because they speak the truth. Andrew Klavan is a soul mate is he sees the world through the eyes of a believer in Christ. The bad reviews are from trolls, I believe. LONG LIVE THE DAILY WIRE!!

Matt Walsh disrespects the American workforce

I love DW and I am a member. I don’t understand why Matt Walsh felt a need to bash the American worker that work remotely. Yes my co also made me go back, however I am less efficient, more stressed out and quality of life is diminished. I almost cancelled my membership but instead decided to not tune into his show. Matt you us American workers an apology

They charged me for two months after cancellation

I got a subscription for a month because there were a few documentaries I was interested in. I then cancelled. Upon canceling I was asked if I wanted to continue my subscription for one more month at half price. There wasn’t anything else I was interested in watching so I clicked no. I was charged for two more months before I caught the error. I contacted them, they refused to refund me for their error. I expected more honesty from a right wing media outlet that offers Christian friendly programming.

Lost their way

They have lost their way. When Ben Shapiro is your moral compass, you headed for ruin. They are not an American conservative voice, they are simply an Israeli lobbying group that is not registered as such, which is supposed to be illegal. Every bit as bad as Fauci. What happened here? Who is in charge?

Predatory Billing Practices and…

Predatory Billing Practices and Subpar Content – Stay Away!

I would strongly advise anyone considering a subscription to The Daily Wire to think twice. My experience with their billing practices has been nothing short of predatory. Despite canceling my subscription, they continued to charge my card without authorization. When I contacted customer support to request a refund for the money they wrongfully took, I was met with their rigid non-refund policy. In essence, they steal your money and refuse to give it back.

This seems like an intentional business model to exploit their customers because, frankly, no one sensible would willingly continue paying for this subpar content. Aside from Jordan Peterson’s material—which is the only redeemable aspect of their platform—the rest of their offerings are poorly thought-out, heavily biased, and overall a waste of time and money. It’s clear why they need to resort to underhanded tactics: they probably know most people would cancel once they realize the quality just isn’t there.

Save your money and look elsewhere for valuable content. You deserve better than this blatant scam.

Poor customer service

Subscribed for $1 a month. I knew my subscription was for a year ending end of November. I tried canceling in December. Extremely difficult to contact to cancel. I am a senior (76) fixed income. DW states I was sent an email reference expiration which I could not locate. Daily Wire is now charging me $13+ a month/actually charged my card $159. I wanted it stopped and reimbursed. They now have my subscription canceled for 11/27/25. Be wary if you want to subscribe...very poor customer service.
