The sales department was great. The installation was on time. The installer recommended that I NOT turn the carpeting under by the fireplace because we were installing 6 new tiles there and he said it would be easier for us if he just came back and did that after the tlies were in. It would only take 5 minutes he said. SOUNDED REASONABLE. We got the tiles in and called him Sept 17th. NO RESPONSE. Again on the 25th. NO RESPONSE. Stopped in the store on Oct 1st and was assured someone would call me back that day. NOTHING. Called my salesperson Diana on October 4th and explained it to her. She said she would get back to me. Once again...nothing. I just left a message for the Installation Manager (Mike) on his direct line. We'll see if he is courteous enough to answer me. Three weeks with not even the decency of a call back from anyone. That's NOT the type of people I like to do business with. So beware about their promised customer care. It doesn't exist.

Joel was just wonderful to work with! Personable, professional and so very helpful as we made our carpet selection. The installation team was great, too! The quality product and fabulous customer service made it a delightful experience!

My son and daughter-in-law recommended Dales's to me when I wanted to redo the carpeting in my den and bedroom. I'm so glad they did. I received great help and service throughout the process. I especially appreciated the way Karen showed me ideas to consider and was always ready to answer any questions I might have, the fact that the folks who measured and installed the carpeting were prompt and courteous, and the excellent results. My rooms look fresh and cozy.

I hadn't really been considering redoing my front room/dining room areas at this time but after seeing the results on the lower floor I decided to go ahead with this next project. Again, I couldn't be more pleased with the work and attitude of all those from Dale who were involved. So now I have two floors of my home looking great with new carpeting. Made the mistake of going to a big box carpet store where money is king and customer service, well, is not one of their top priorities. After dealing with them for 5 weeks and two incorrect carpet orders we decided to go to Dale's Carpet base on their positive reviews. Boy, we weren't disappointed. Walked in and was promptly greeted. Found the carpet we were looking for within minutes. Bob came out and measured then ordered the carpet and within 2 weeks our bedrooms were back in order. Very professional installers who actually spoke English and cleaned up their ENTIRE mess before leaving, even vacuumed out the ductwork. We are MORE than satisfied with the experience and when we get ready to carpet our basement Dale's will have a returning customer.

I bought a brand new home, and for some reason the builder did a cheap move and made a brief five by four area at the entry laminate plank flooring- then carpet for 200 square feet before continuing with laminate plank in the kitchen. I hated it. so choppy-so cheap- such poor design. But I loved everything else about the house.

Dales Carpet One Fort Collins was able to obtain the exact product the builder had used, install it seamlessly, and schedule etc with no problems at all. This company is great! They also provided the best estimate and price for the job- another team came in at 44% lower than another company on the front range. The install team was great too- I really liked them. The new flooring makes the house- it's exactly what I wanted!

Recently, I needed to buy carpet for a house that I am selling. After visiting two other carpet sellers, I stopped in at Dale's on a Saturday afternoon. I had the carpet installed the following Friday. The installer was obviously skilled in the highest degree -- the job was nicely done. The overall experience and service from Dale's was superior. I make no reservations in recommending this company for residential carpeting.

Carpet One was great to work with, I would work with them again. The carpet layer Jim Ryan was beyond excellent. Very professional and very skilled.

Flooring installation (and removal of prior flooring) went according to plans and expectations.

Honest opinion? Dales Carpet does what they say, puts it in a contract and does not deviate. We had a relatively small job: laying vinyl in our kitchen and two bathrooms. Not only did we have several choices, from style to price, but excellent advice, when we needed it. Every single assistant in the store was not only polite (you expect that, right?), but wore earnest and caring smiles on their helpful faces. We worked with Heath, Mike, and Jim--our installer (superb, BTW). Mighty fine were they all!!! I can honestly tell you that no mistakes were made, not even accidentally. These are fine folks, and you won't go wrong checking them out! Promise!!!!

Had a change of heart about 1 of the carpets I had selected. I got the vibe that I would not be able to change my selection, I was basically stuck with what I picked. It ended up being o.k. But having spent alot of money at Dale's in recent years, I would have hoped for better cooperation.

Dale's Carpet One has been around for a long time, and their service and expertise is why. We purchased carpet and vinyl flooring. Joel was wonderful to work with. He helped us sort through the wide array of styles, colors and patterns to choose just what was right for us. The installation crews were friendly, informative and did great work with minimal disruption to our lives.

I highly recommend Dale's Carpet for all of one's flooring needs. From the receptionist, Elizabeth; Mike, installation manager; Diana, Design Consultant and Jeremy and Steve, luxury vinyl tile installers ~ everyone is professional, courteous and easy to work with. We have worked with Dale's for our Fort Collin's house and now our home in Loveland and are always impressed. We even had a flood issue when we first moved in and that was handled quickly and with compassion in a difficult situation.

We would recommend Dale's to anyone! Joel did a great job finding us a carpet that was reasonable and durable for our basement finish. It was an easy process with no high pressure sales. The install went smoothly and we love it!

We spent months having ALL the companies in town measure and re-measure, quote and re-quote, nylon, polyester, waranteed, w/out, etc.
We found a cheaper quote -$200 for much cheaper carpet (Bronco) but for $200 more I went up to a mid grade quality and got a gorgeous lush carpet from Dales. We pulled the carpet and pad out ourselves (which I highly recommend) and Jim professionally installed the carpet allowing us to schedule days inbetween to move furniture/accomodate/no rush.

The experience I had with carpet from measuring to price to installation was great and I'd give them 5 stars for that alone. The tile measuring and pricing was great and the installers did a good job except the way they installed meant too much waste and they needed to go back for more tiles. They blamed it on the measurements, but I know for a fact that was not the problem. They assured me I wouldn't have to pay for the extra tiles, but I did have to when the final bill came. I had a quote for hardwood, but the quote was for oak and our floors are hickory. Since they sent a person out to do a quote who doesn't know the difference between their hardwoods, I didn't feel they would be a good choice to do this part of our remodel.

Laura was our go to person at Dale's Carpet One. She adopted our project and made certain everything went according to plan. She helped us find tiles that were timeless, gorgeous and didn't blow the budget. Their installers do everything right the first time. Every tile is perfectly flush. The intersections show flawless diagonals. Everything they do is superior work. When stone tiles came the wrong tone she arranged to have replacements picked up the same day in Denver insuring our project wasn't delayed. This place will help you and prevent the standard headaches associated with home improvement. They take care of everything. They don't abandon projects. Laura kept tabs on every stage of ordering, delivery, and installation. The installers leave the place spotless. Our only regret is that with our project complete we don't have an excuse to visit them.
