Purposefully misleads consumers in its pricing
Even today, if you apply a 50%OFF coupon to its voice servers, its own price calculator will incorrectly apply the coupon for an entire term, as opposed to the first month which it is apparently only supposed to cover. They do not tell you this, however, in the billing pages at all, and in fact you are continuously told you will have the same payments as given on the pricing calculator. That is, at least, until halfway through the contract when you will start receiving monthly charges.
This company is extremely shady and purposefully neglects its pricing pages to mislead customers into agreements they otherwise would not have accepted. Stay away from this company. They also only offer e-mail support, so good luck getting pleasant or timely responses from them if you're not buying something.
