Very disappointing experience the hand over of my villa has been delayed for over 9 months and still going on, despite repeated follow ups and continues promises that were never honored, every time I reached out I revive vague responses and shifting time lines with no accountability or clear explanations. What make this experience worse is the complete lack of proactive communication as a buyer I expected professionalism transparency and respect for agreed time line none of which where delivered, this prolonged delay has caused unnecessary stress and financial strain. The BCC is already issued on March 2025 and till date, they said that villa under final touch up!!!! This delay has destroyed any trust I had, I strongly worn future buyers to think twice expect delays frustration and empty promises.

Today is Feb 4 and yet DAMAC not contacted me, very disappointed.

Damac team connected with me and helped on resolving the below GV issue which i reported.

i bought a offplan property with Damac last year i was promised two complimentary golden visa which they revoked, they never informed to us on the revoking of the GVs and when we asked our client relationship manager they started ignoring our calls, mails and never responded, i raise a service request and after multiple followups they said it was management decision they are fooling people with false promises
i'm being a foreign investor need to walk in to damac office and they didnt even cared to solve this or provide proper reasoning we asked why was this revoked without informing all the investors the were completely mute no answer very bad

Following up on my Trustpilot review: Damac responded publicly stating that a team member would reach out to me. However, it has been over a week and I have yet to receive any contact. Is there a genuine effort being made to resolve this issue, or was that response simply for optics?
