Great Experience

I had a car that had serious engine damage and was not worth the cost to repair. I got a fair price for the car, the pick up was as advertised, payment by check on the spot and hassle free. Great experience overall.

Experience with DamagedCars rep through …

Experience with DamagedCars rep through phone was fine. However, the experience with the towing company was terrible. They gave me a two hour window in the morning for the tow truck to show. We made multiple calls to get status, but phone rep, who was unprofessional and snappy, kept providing excuses. Tow truck didn't show until until 4pm in the afternoon.

I would recommend Damaged Cars to anyone who wants to get a fair, honest and quick price for their damaged car. I was a lititle aprehendive at first but what a pleasant surprise I received. Everything was legitimate. They picked up my car gave me the check and I was on my way. They even made sure I filled out my Title correctly. It was a very pleasant experience.
Thank you everyone at Damaged Cars for your integrity which is a fading quality in business today. Especially on line.
It has been a pleasure to do business with you.

I was super impressed with Katie

I was super impressed with Katie. She was on top of the sale and would always call em for follow up without being pushy. That is an art. I am a business owner myself and I wd hire her in heartbeat to be my sales person. There was little hiccup on delivery when the person showed up without my cheque but that too was handled quickly as I called them up and they resolved it ( excep that I had to wait couple of hours). I wd recommend damaged cars to my friends

With some reservations I put in the information on my vehicle with a bad transmission and got a quote much better than the local dealers offered. I was very skeptical on how it would all work, but I accepted and a tow truck came for the vehicle when scheduled. The driver had a check and I gave him the title. Very good to deal with, would recommend it.

Finding damaged cars was a blessing!

Finding damaged cars was a blessing!! We had a car that broke down suddenly and we could not afford the cost of repairs. It was paid off, and quite honestly, we we're ready to sell it for scrap. When I contacted Jean about my car, I was honest about the engine problems, and he offered me a very fair amount for the vehicle. Then, when I realized the original lender still had a lein on the vehicle even though it had been paid off for over a year, Jean kept my deal in place while I got my title paperwork sorted, which took several weeks. I would recommend this service to others!

Excellent Experience

I can certainly say that I got above and beyond of what I expected. From the ease of application, customer service (Delilah), follow- up, and the transaction (the car for the check) I was rather impressed. They were all excellent. I want to give a special praise to the representative who helped me every step of the way - Delilah. She went the extra mile for me and made my experience pleasant and easy. I have and will continue to recommend Damaged Cars to others. Thank you. JF from Boston, MA
