Nancy helped me step by step in selling my car that was totaled in an accident. Everything was upfront and professional and very simple for the seller

My first pick up was rescheduled the day of and that was very inconvenient. The driver took my car without consulting with someone at the time of pick up like I told him to do when he actually finally did come. My car also still had personal belongings on it and the tags were still attached. Driver had to bring me back my tags and my check but failed to bring back my Royal license plate cover!

Damaged cars helped me out when i needed it most. My car was broke down and would have cost way more than its worth to fix it. Damaged cars bought my car at a great price and the whole process was very clean and easy. Definately told many people how great the whole experience was. Very pleased

I received the check the next week due to Holidays , otherwise I would hate the check at vehicle pickup.

My Insurance Company tried to cheapen me by offering me a low amount of money but when I posted my car on your website I got a call within 5 minutes and the offer was nearly double of what my insurance compony had offered. Delilah was a big help she helped me from getting the title together, to making sure the tow truck was going to be there at a specific time, She was really a big help being that I was forced to sell my car because my landlord did not want to give me time to get it fixed, so I really appreciate she so so much.
