My shoes are an absolute gem and very comfortable.
I am the proud owner of 2 pairs of dancing shoes ,just to to hit the dancing floor.
The communication was very good and l got the help needed ,exchanging one of my shoes to a half of size bigger ,which made to fit on my feet like a glove.

You will be charged their shipping fee, and you will pay for your shipping fee if you make a return. Two shipping fees on a return. Never seen this practice before.

I’m beyond impressed with this company! These are the most comfortable and beautiful shoes I’ve ever owned—perfect right out of the box. I also really appreciated the extra care they took: I received an email after ordering to confirm my shoe size since they tend to run small. That level of customer service made a huge difference, and I ended up with the perfect fit. Plus, the shoes arrived exactly on schedule. Highly recommend!
And I am waiting for two more.

Excellent communication. They respond to queries very quickly via email and are very helpful. I’ve bought at least 4 pairs of dancing shoes from them and they’re all very well made. I have broad feet and find that their shoes fit well. Beautiful shoes!

Ordered a pair of character shoes which took about 10 days to arrive (as they are made to order). I’m only mentioning this in case you need shoes urgently for a competition!!!
Very happy with the quality and can’t wait to try them out.
They are similar to my Bleyer shoes but half the price!

Great shoes ! I got the specific heel I ordered, they are very confortable and soft under the foot, fit perfectly, slide just what is necessary for dancing, I love them ! Just had to let them stay outside for a while after receiving them, because of a very strong cheminal smell. I received them quickly, I recommand !!

My shoes fit perfectly and they are very comfortable! The shipping took a while but otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.

Great, quick interaction with customer service when they noticed my size choice seemed off (I ordered one pair much smaller than another pair). It saved us all time and energy which i greatly appreciated. Order arrived fairly quickly. Shoes are comfortable and beautiful.

Not the best experience but I did get my money back eventually.

Once I placed my order, I received an email stating it would take around 20 days longer to dispatch than the website stated at the checkout so I emailed them right away asking to cancel the order as they couldn’t deliver as per their original delivery date stated on their website.

They were initially quick to reply, offering me money off if I chose to keep the order and confirming that the order was suspended until I responded and that my money would not be taken until I confirm. I replied explaining that the order wouldn’t arrive in time for my event and that their website didn’t state the real delivery time so I’d like a full refund. They then didn’t reply, I chased twice over 2 days then received an email claiming they had responded to me, which they hadn’t. I checked my junk mail, I never received the emails.

My suspicions were raised so I checked my bank account and to my surprise the money had been taken, going against their own words. I emailed again in the hope for some answers. I received nothing so have resorted to leaving a review here in the hope that this triggers an appropriate response.

I also sought advice from my bank. They discovered that this company is actually based in Hong Kong. My bank advised me to give this company one more chance to give me a full refund, then I should report them and claim my money back through my bank, and my bank will take the money back from this company.

*update 16th February 2025: within hours of leaving this review, the company suddenly emailed me claiming that previous emails had been sent (they hadn’t, I checked my junk mail). This new email states that my refund should arrive within10 working days. I’ll provide a further update once I’ve received the refund.

*update 13th March 2025: I have finally received my refund.

I purchased a lovely set of leather red dance shoes that arrived in early January. I love the shoe but they are one size too small. Despite multiple attempts at getting customer service to address a return, I am getting nowhere. It takes days to get an answer to any email. I sent the info they requested including the picture of the bottom of the shoes. And I'm still waiting for instructions to return the shoes. I would like to order the next size because I do like the shoe but now I don't this company because of their poor customer service.

So far i'm very positively surprised by this shop.
I've received my 3d pair of salsa shoes and it's very good quality compared to the ones i bought in the past for 5x times the price.
I'm even thinking about buying a 4th one :)

I've bought about 6 pairs of dance shoes with Dancing gaga; latin, practice laceups, and ballroom.
Except for one pair- blue rhinestones latin - they have all been good, flexible, lasted as long as other providers too. I tried to return the blue Latins as they were too short in the foot and pretty stiff but was offered 50% refund and opportunity to sell on myself. I took that option as the return was going to cost anyway.
Customer services are communicative and responses are quick, but one has to compromise.

These boots are super cute. I had to return the first pair because I ordered my street shoe size and needed to size down a full size. These boots are very comfortable and the customized heel is definitely a plus. Here's the downside for me- my feet are thin but not narrow so the shoe fits a little loose. Even so, this didn't stop me from dancing for hours with no sore feet. I'm planning to try the cushioned inserts that fit in the ball of the foot area to close the small gap.

I was pretty nervous about using this site, having been burned recently purchasing off the internet, but I ordered 3 pairs of shoes to try. Their customer service team are fantastic! They double checked the sizing and sent the shoes. I wanted to return them and exchange a different size in one of the pairs. The size issue was my fault but they doubled checked everything before sending them. The boots were perfect! The retun was simple and to a UK address which really helped. I sent the tracking number to them as requested. Refund was received really quickly. Their shoes are beautiful and so well made. You can dance all night in them!

I loved the shoes, but I couldn't close the back zipper, for that reason I had to return it. The shoe is very beautiful and comfortable, unfortunately the zipper would not close.
