We love our new purchase the Gazabo is lovely our son assembled it in about 1.5-2 hours. We would not have known where to start it was straightforward with the instructions and he had no problems at all.
The curtains are a bit tricky as we want to be able to close it when necessary so finding the correct place for the loops that will draw it closes and work with the tie backs when open will take us a little while. Overall very happy with our purchase and looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it for the next few months. The delivery was very fast and came within a week if ordering.

Cowboy firm we assembled awning as instructed (3 people ) during assembly a small independent bracket at end of arm snapped in two.
They are an awning company that supplies thousands of awnings but told me they can not replace the small bracket and that I need to purchase a full new arm for £150 or replace awning completely I’ve tried several times to reason with them that those two options are unfair as awning is brand new and unused but they simply don’t care.

Nice tents and easy setup yet sturdy construction.
I think that the markings on the different packages could be more clear, and I also didn't understand if the bag on wheels were a complement or if it was included with the tents. The home page said it vas included but I'm not sure I've got them. (I also haven't had the time to open every package yet so they might be in there).

Easy to order, fast delivery. Haven't opened it yet but I'm guessing it'll be fine.

It was very demanding job to assemble the shed even if the stepwise desription and marking of pieces were reasonably good. However, the quality was much lower than expected and several moments almost impossible to perform. The painting with very poor quality. Finally the lock for the doors does not fit so we cannot close it!

Really pleased with the service and product. The delivery was excellent as it was much quicker than I expected. The 4 parcels came in 2 deliveries but that was down to the courier and they did deliver on the next working day.

Ordered the Sante Fe hardtop gazebo 3.65 x 6m at the beginning of April and received it on 5th May. Not a good start given that the estimated delivery date was 20th April. Delivery updates were bad at best and caused me to have to chase up with both the transport company Leman Transport and supplier Dancover. Dancover customer support were very helpful and considerate but couldn’t expedite the delivery process unfortunately. I had paid over €470 for delivery and was left frustrated by the lack of communication from Leman Transport and given the fact that I had to offload the delivery myself I had arranged friends to help me on the two previous delivery dates I was given and not fulfilled. The delivery price did not include assistance to offload, if I wanted assistance it would cost a further €100. The delivery weight was 274kgs. When it finally arrived it wasn’t on the 17m truck I had been told to expect and make space for but a more sensible small truck supplied by a delivery sub contractor called Logiel. This company were excellent and the driver helped me unload and highlighted that one of the ten packages had been damaged in transport and recorded the incident on delivery note.
Onto the gazebo itself, I have nothing but praise for it, this is a well built and well detailed piece of work and assembly was challenging for various reasons including the significant amount of fixing and the lovely small details to finish end caps and brackets. The instructions are comprehensive but lacking in some detail of how many people are required at certain points in the assembly, how you are supposed to fix roof support blocks, how you are to lift the roof structure up into place and the roof hip plastic infill are an absolute nightmare to fix, retain and finally slide into place under the hip frames. These need a redesign to a more simple and resilient part and added hours to the build, I don’t know how many times I had to climb up and down the ladder to pick up the parts that had fallen off.

It took approximately 20 hours to assemble and once done I was extremely happy with the result. Back to the damaged parts, I contacted Dancover on the same day as delivery and their response was excellent, I had to open and check the packages damaged and sent photos of such. Within 24hrs they had dispatched a new box of parts and this arrived 12th May, exceptionally quick time given the nightmare of previous delivery..and with the same transport teams… so it can be done.

All in all I am pleased. I cannot compliment the gazebo enough but the delivery experience needs some review and better customer care from the transport company. I certainly don’t feel like i had my monies worth in transport cost and I am sure this can be improved and cost reductions would be made. If you increased the price of the gazebo and gave free delivery you could leverage responsibility more effectively.

Ghazi boy I buy last week delivery coming to my house. I fixing engineer coming and fixing my house for peace roof leaking many tall damage I send in plenty photo for company never ever ask me answer for me very very bad company. I am not happy. please take return my money and refund my money thank you.

I have received a damaged part, which was complained in the beginning of march. As delivery date for substitute was promissed the 09.04. Part still not received after several calls and emails.
Customer service can not give any information, when the part will be available and can be sent.
