We recently visited Meadow View Development and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the Sales Advisor was warm, welcoming, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, explain the different house types available, and guide us through the development without any pressure or sales tactics.

The development itself is beautifully designed and exceptionally well presented, with high-quality homes, attractive surroundings, and a real sense of community. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail throughout the site and the high standards evident in every aspect of the development.

What really stood out was the level of customer service. The entire experience felt professional, informative, and relaxed, making it easy to explore our options and envision a future there. We left feeling genuinely excited and confident about the opportunities available to us.

My partner and I have had the pleasure of meeting Tracy back in January 2026 when we was looking for our first home, she was very helpful and honest with what was best for us. Fast forward 6 months we have finalised on a property with Dandara and are very excited for the future, Thankyou so much Tracy.

Visited Hawthorne Grove and have to say Ashley was amazing. Super friendly and helpful with showing us around and answering our many questions. Great comms and information was shared when needed. Brilliant service Ashley!

Liisa was very helpful and quick to sort out the issues I was facing with my washing machine. She immediately popped round to trouble shoot the issue and arranged a replacement. Even with issues with the installation of the new machine she was right on top of it to resolve the issue

We’ve been looking at buying one of the Dandara homes and every interaction we have had with the sales team has been wonderful! Tracy at Petersfield has been so helpful the whole process and can’t thank her enough!

Visited à new Dandara site today. Extremely helpful sales manager who explained everything well. We did feel that there were rather too many extras that cropped up in the course of the conversation, such as needing to pay for all floor coverings. We did think that the site was in a good location.

I attended an open viewing recently and had a great experience. The sales team were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They took the time to answer all questions thoroughly and provided helpful advice without making anyone feel pressured.

The viewing was well organised, and it was clear that the team had a strong understanding of both the property and the local market. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and approachable manner made the whole experience enjoyable and informative.

Overall, excellent service and a genuinely positive experience. I would highly recommend attending a viewing with this team if you’re looking for knowledgeable and helpful property professionals.

Popped in, by chance on Sunday, to the new site at Petersfield. Wow what a lovely site, set in a beautiful area. Tracy was ever so helpful, considering she was so busy. She provided a great explanation on what the plans are, and will be back soon to discuss further the options and availability. You will find Tracy very knowledgeable and friendly.

We have had excellent customer service from Violetta and Will at The Heathers in Hadlow. Nothing has been too much trouble, we have dealt mostly with Violetta who has been very patient and answered all our questions and queries efficiently. We are moving in on the 26 June and are confident all will be a comfortable experience for us, as we know they will be there to help us if needed. Thank you so much Violetta and Will.

Sarah was extremely helpful, and immediately arranged to accompany me on a visit to the two available bungalows.

We have been debating moving areas and came to the Buckner Green site, it is a gorgeous, the team there were so welcoming and full of information and answered all my husbands questions!

We are purchasing a Dandara house in the IOM. When we visited the showhouse we were greeted by a lovely lady called Helen, she was so knowledgeable and no pushy sales chat, left us to look around and answered all our queries.
We had some queries later and dealt with a lovely friendly girl called Lola. Excellent customer service skills, friendly yet very professional. Overall both were a pleasure to deal with, everything going very smoothly no issues at all. First time purchasing a Dandara property and very pleased so far. Thank you both for your help and expertise .

Joanne was so knowledgeable and super helpful when we came into the office to enquire about the Waterside Apartments. She got back to me so fast and answered all questions and queries I had. She is a credit to Dandara :)

I cancelled my reservation with Dandara at their Carway site on 11th May 2026 and I am still waiting for my refund of £500.00. Lots of emails sent to be advised that the accountant has been on holiday or out of office. Sorry but I am struggling to understand how a company of this size has one person that is able to action a refund? We are now over 5 weeks down the line and to send another email chasing my refund would be simply painful.

The whole process of buying and moving in has been outstanding. The entire sales team were very professional and helpful. The build quality is excellent, having purchased 3 new build properties, this is the highest standard by a long way. The very few “snags” have been handled excellently with the team always being very helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Great staff , knowledgable and professional and considerate.

Really impressed with houses at West Wittering the sales team were very helpful will definitely be going back once sold.
