Pretty reliable, and help desk is pleasant and helpful
I've had DanDomain as my web host for two years now, and have been pretty satisfied. There are some hiccups and burps here and there with mismatches and downtime, but they have been quickly resolved, and I find that DanDomain's help desk is cheerful and willing to help me - a customer with basic but limited technical knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend DanDomain to a friend.

Good service - God service!
I ordered a domain from DanDomain and it was a smooth experience. Best service I have ever experienced on a domain registration site.
DanDomain er fantastisk. Det var nem at bruge website. Jeg bestilte en domæn og vil meget gerne anbefale DanDomain til andre.

Trying to get the most money out of their customers
Some time ago I had a domain at DanDomain with a mail hotel attached to it. Several months ago, I decided to cancel my domain and move it to another host - taking for granted that the mail hotel would also be cancelled, as this would now become a product I could not use. I have now found out, that DanDomain still wants me to pay for the mail hotel, which I had no chance of using during that period. In other words: They are trying to get as much money out of their customers as possible, which leaves me in disgust and discomfort. This is worrying. I will never use DanDomain again, and I will never recommend it to neither friends nor coworkers.

When cancelling or moving a domain we send you an email, which, among other things, reminds you to cancel your subscriptions related to the domain.
We cannot cancel subscriptions without our customer’s permission. It is not possible for us know whether the cancellation of a domain is meant to be, or a mistake, and if it is a mistake, we could end up deleting important content in the MailHotel e.g. We cannot regard it as a given that you wish to cancel your MailHotel when cancelling/moving a domain, this is why we need your approval; for safety reasons only.

not value for money
in terms of what worldwide hosting costs/market value are, DanDomain is not good value for money (e.g. it's WAY overpriced). For example, it's impossible to build a PHP-based website without paying a premium. This is ironic, since both PHP and the Unix servers required are Open Source and therefore free. Why on earth should it cost more? It makes no sense.
That said, I find DanDomain to be very quickly responsive to service requests, even if they don't always quite answer the question on the first go.
